sek69 Posted Tuesday at 10:55 PM Report Posted Tuesday at 10:55 PM I always loved Sid where ever he would show up. He always seemed like he was having the best time just going out there doing Sid shit.
JRH Posted yesterday at 02:17 AM Author Report Posted yesterday at 02:17 AM This would be a great way to post short runs in companies. They could do it for stuff like Owen in WCW or Barry Windham's stint as the Widowmaker.
sek69 Posted yesterday at 05:07 AM Report Posted yesterday at 05:07 AM We might see something along those lines since being on Youtube is the first time they've ever made any money off their tape library. Dave pointed out they probably have a pretty favorable deal considering the main WWE channel has 110 million subscribers, so unless some streaming service comes around and makes a stupidly large money offer the Vault Channel is going to be where most of it is going to be at.
JRH Posted yesterday at 06:05 AM Author Report Posted yesterday at 06:05 AM Yeah, I read that most of the library is just going to be on the Vault channel (sadly, they wont post any events that had Benoit, just highlights, even though they could just edit Benoit out, but then you miss out on certain Royal Rumbles and WW3 Battle Royals). It would be nice if they could post it in some order though, right now it's like digging through a bin of tapes.
TheBean Posted yesterday at 06:34 AM Report Posted yesterday at 06:34 AM One hope with all of that in mind is that they'll launch an ECW channel along with a "Territories" channel. I heard that ECW Hardcore TV is no longer available or going to be available to watch episodes by episode. It would be nice if they could do something like they're doing with the NXT channel and posting weekly TV shows (in order) along with events. Or at least have better playlist folders. I agree also that these vault channels are great but are really disorganized. My reoccurring gripe of needing time stamps seems like one of many ways its all disorganized. I almost get the impression they didn't know how much people would watch and use these channels.

Sometimes I wonder if the Mandella Effect is real, because people have been saying this for a decade and Benoit hasn't been cut from anything from Classics on Demand to WWE Network to Peacock.

Those are behind paywalls though, the Vault, while it is monetized via ads, is free, so it may be different.

They absolutely were cutting him from stuff in the Classics on Demand days, there would even be audio drops if one of the announcers said his name on WCW or WWF shows even if he wasn't involved in what was happening in the ring.

I definitely remember him on WCW PPVs and Nitro/Hardcore TV on Classics on Demand (and the internet version) but it came with a disclaimer like all ECW and Attitude Era shows.

I'm surprised you don't see fans making timestamps in the comments or making playlists that are more targeted and organized. Granted, it shouldn't be up to others but you would think you would find more of that.

Some of the fans do make timestamps in the comments, still, the uploaders themselves should do that, especially if they slip in rarities.

Okay but he hasn't been on a single thing uploaded to the WCW or WWE vault channels yet. Hours and hours of footage and he hasn't appeared. Don't you think that the best evidence he won't be on the vault youtube channels is that he's never on the vault youtube channels.
