KingBoggs33
That was a very fun SNME! I like that you made sure it took almost the whole field to take out Vader who is a complete monster and I am totally alright with you pushing him to the moon because I sure would! Awesome show though, very good booking, I am enjoying seeing Haku be treated like a big deal here in the WWF. Very excited for King of The Ring one of my favorite events cause who doesn't love a good tournament. Keep it coming my guy! You are doing a great job with the WWF. LowBlowPodcast
You have just hit the WWF in stride. So many levels. Dusty and Dustin - as a crew- makes me happy. Tom Prichard getting a big win and shot at the IC title. The Texas Outlaws (Terry Funk & Dick Murdoch) defeat Dusty & Dustin Rhodes when Dustin gets a little too carried away and eats a shot from Funk's branding iron. - This is a great write up in a few words that greatly explains Terry Funk and Dusty Rhodes mix with one another. Give me more of a Haku push - he could definitely rise all the way up. Tito Santana vs The Berzerker - Tito Jake Roberts vs Tugboat - Jake Billy Jack Haynes vs Nikolai Volkoff - Billy Jack Bad News Brown vs Curtis Hushes - Bad News Vader vs Jimmy Valiant - Vader Jim Duggan vs Back Bart - Hacksaw Kevin Von Erich vs Kokina - Kokina Andre the Giant vs Nailz - Andre Jake over Tito Bad News over Billy Jack Vader over Hacksaw Andre over Kokina Jake over Bad News Vader over Andre Vader over Jake for the Win! spaldoni
I've said this before, but Slick and Big Cat is a genius pairing. POP better be ready because the Bees have some serious momentum going. I never get tired of the Rougeaus heeling it up. Jake plants Tugboat with the DDT and advances You've built up Haku so well that I'm thinking he just might dethrone Warrior. Let's not forget, he does hold a previous win over him. Billy Jack puts his bad cousin down Loved that finish with Tito getting the win. I can easily see Heenan frantically waving his arms at Berzerker LOL It's been a great ride to KOTR with more to come

spaldoni
Vader's on the path to a world title shot. Cool seeing Valiant up north at this point in his career. Him and Albano are a great nostalgic pair. Thanks to a miscue by the Russians, Billy Jack advances. Nice job with the quick promos to give your guys some shine. Duggan and Bart get in good showcases. Hopefully down the road we see Duggan chasing the IC title. Slick was smart to give Brown his space. Brown advancing is bad news for the other qualifiers. LowBlowPodcast
I remember how rare it was to see Andre on television - let alone in action - I believe he only wrestled once in 1988/1989 before teaming up with Haku against Jim Powers and Tito Santana. Such a spectacle whenever he's around. I am still doing okay in my King of the Ring Bracket... I kinda feel like King Duggan could make a comeback. spaldoni
Could this be the start of a Kokina push Poor Valiant. That powerbomb must've looked brutal Fun seeing the Bolshieviks get a push. They could get some good heat winning the US titles I know this is late in his career, but it's always a special moment when Andre wrestles on TV Love the event center promos mixed in. Kevin Von Erich advances with a huge win over Kokina. Keep up the good work with the event center promos. I always loved these IRL. WWF mainstays Bruti and Sheiky baby get in some solid showcases. spaldoni
Even though those sneaky Rougeaus got the win, it was cool getting the WWF legends Andre and Snuka on the card. Elton kicks things off and we're ready to rock! Great idea getting the fans into it early with a Commonwealth win Thanks to the Berzerker, Jake puts Tito down with the DDT Brown delivers some bad news to Billy Jack Kevin advances over Nailz thanks to his vet instincts. Clever finish Duggan puts up a fight but Vader comes on strong at the end WOW! The Bees win the titles! The Bees have worked hard all year and earned this Brown escapes the DDT and puts Jake down with the Ghetto Blaster Vader gets to riled up and it costs him dearly Nice counter by Dino to retain All hail King Kevin! This was a nice surprise and Kevin deserved it. Brown and Nailz have a fight coming. Speaking of fights, I'm sure Rude will have to answer some questions from Haku. Warrior retains to send the Wembley fans home happy after a great night of action. A King is crowned, new tag champs. storylines advanced and Warrior retains. Great job! kevinmcfl
Awesome job with the build up to King of the Ring and the actual event. Good choice with Elton John getting things started. Nice hometown booking as the Commonwealth get a London win!! It will be interesting to see how long the Killer Bees hold the titles... great win but they have some talented teams that now what a piece of it! I eneded up being way off on my King of the RIng pick... I was sure it was Vader but now we got King Kevin. It will be interesting to see if he changes at all with a crown on his head. spaldoni
Berzerker's countout wins added so much to his character. It was so unique. King Kevin, that has a great ring to it. I'm glad the Silver King/Genius feud is still going strong Only Heenan could come up with a protest like that. I'm excited for a Bees reign. After separate promos, I'm thinking a Tugboat/Big Cat program could be a fun hoss fight. If Rude says it was an accident, ok, I'll believe him LOL. But will Haku? Badd Co with a big win. I would like to see them go another round with the Bees and this time in championship bouts. That's money. LowBlowPodcast
King of the Ring properThe WWF Championship match between Ultimate Warrior and Haku was a thrilling hoss fight, with both men no-selling big moves. Haku’s accidental ref knockout and Rick Rude’s interference added chaotic drama to the title match. Rude’s ambiguous title shot hitting Haku, followed by Warrior’s comeback, kept fans guessing about alliances. Warrior retaining the WWF Championship with a splash felt like a crowd-pleasing finish. The King of the Ring tournament was competitive, with Kevin Von Erich’s underdog run stealing the show. Von Erich’s semifinal DQ win over Vader showcased his grit against a dominant monster. Bad News Brown’s technical counters, like reversing Jake Roberts’ DDT, made him a standout in the tournament. The finals saw Von Erich capitalize on Slick’s botched interference, earning a well-deserved crown. The Intercontinental Title match saw Dino Bravo overpower Dr. Tom Prichard with a strong powerslam finish. The tag title matches, especially the Killer Bees’ upset over Powers of Pain, added excitement to the card. Prime Time Berzerker beat Vic Steamboat with a big boot, looking strong. Mean Gene hyped Kevin Von Erich’s King of the Ring win nicely. Monsoon praised Von Erich, but Heenan’s “cowpoke” jab was funny. Bushwhackers’ “Battering Ram” victory was fun for the crowd. Heenan’s silly complaint about the Killer Bees’ title win was great. The Rude-Haku title match drama added intrigue for what’s next.
KingBoggs33
Really fun shows of WWF as they are hitting from all cylinders right now. I would have liked to have seen a segment with Kevin getting his crown, but that's alright though. I enjoyed the finals Bad News Brown was always a cool dude in my eyes. So seeing him in the finals competing was cool. The Warrior is ontop of the WWF world and it's pretty awesome.
