kevinmcfl Posted October 23 Report Posted October 23 Really fun SNME... Loved all the quick promos before the matches. I think your tag division is really stacked. Just look at those teams in the 4 Corner Elimination Match. The Fantastics vs The Nasty Boys... what a contrast in styles. This should be awesome. OMG vs Bad News.... re-enforce the ring... can't wait! The King seems ready for big things. 1990 is a great time for a Russian vs a Lithuanian. Times are a changing and wrestling is the perfect place to show it. Great booking! Hacksaw is a great babyface and you are using him so well. He, like many of the WWF babyfaces have the size to deal with people like OMG and Earthquake. Makes it fun to read and visualize.
Control21 Posted October 25 Report Posted October 25 Can't wait for Survivor Series. Volkoff vs Zhukov seems like a fun feud, especially in the political context of the Soviet Union of the time, with independence movements in the various SSRs gaining steam. Good to see Bad News Allen on a tear again.

spaldoni Posted October 26 Report Posted October 26 Fun series of house shows. I love what's going on in the tag division and it's only going to get better with the Nasty Boys Ultimate Warrior and the Outlaws are building some great heat for Survivor Series I like how you used your house shows to further storylines.

"The Natural" Dustin Rhodes defeats El Gato with a running bulldog. Survivor Series report sees the announcement of two more Survivor Series elimination matches. Due to the chaotic ending of their King's Court match at SNME, Haku and the reigning King of the Ring Kevin Von Erich have been made captains of their own squads. Sherri Martell has already informed WWF officials that Haku will team with the rest of her clientele The Warlord as well as Power & Glory to form The Sensationals. Von Erich has vowed to reveal is King's Men in the coming weeks. After the match, Jim Duggan enters the ring and grabs the house mic. He says Haynes is the kind of "All American muscle" he needs at Survivor Series so he;s officially inviting Haynes to be the first member of the 4x4's. He reaches his hand out and after playing to the crowd a bit, Haynes accepts. (Wrestling Chalenge) One Man Gang w/"The Doctor of Style" Slick defeats Bushwhacke Luke with the 747. Silver King's squash from RAW is shown. Promos time with Mooney! The Nasty Boys say their issue with the Fantastics isn't personal, it's just that beating the snot out of glittered up pretty boys is there favorite hobby. Plus the fact that there's gold to take now doesn't hurt. Slick says he's not worried about Survivor Series because there aren't four people on the planet who like Brown enough to team with him, never mind four WWF superstars. Feature match. (Raw) HAKU w/"Sensational" Sherri Martel defeats "Chief" Wahoo McDaniel with the "Tongan Death Grip".
spaldoni Posted Thursday at 10:47 PM Report Posted Thursday at 10:47 PM The Natural is getting some good seasoning in the WWF Damn, King Kevin is going to need to put together quite a squad to contend with Sherri's group. It's going to be hard for a loner like Brown to find some teammates Tag champs better not forget about the Samoans. These guys look hungry Hmmmm I hope Jacques can make it back by SS. Rough times for the Rougeaus Duggan's wasting no time as he recruits Billy Jack OMG demolishes Bushwhacker Luke Nasty Boys tell it straight up like it is Even though Wahoo's in his twilight, that's still a big win by Haku, especially by submission.
kevinmcfl Posted Sunday at 02:03 AM Report Posted Sunday at 02:03 AM Great reporting of all the big house shows this week. The Knickerbocker Arena was where mt college played many of the basketball games... great Arena and great memories. I think you have done a great job of keeping all your major players looking really strong going into Survivor Series. You are doing a great job of pushing the Nasty Boys... they will be big for the WWF in 91! Duggan and Billy Jack... that is one tough duo! OMG is awesome. I have recently been watching some of his work and for a big man, he could really bump and sell. He was always willing to put somebody over. One of the good guys in the game!

LowBlowPodcast Posted Sunday at 11:08 PM Report Posted Sunday at 11:08 PM I've falled far behind... first off... once again you've nailed the SNME aura... all of these together just a fun stretch of shows. The Hershey card hit the right mix of chaos and character — Zhukov got real heat, Koko/Lawler was solid, and Sherri’s crew is running wild across every division. Fantastics looked great, Nasty Boys made a statement, and Duggan/Bravo had that perfect old-school brawl vibe. Survivor Series build is rolling — Warrior’s team, Sherri’s Sensationals, Duggan forming the 4x4’s, Bad News out for blood — it all feels big. Strong couple weeks, tight storytelling, and everyone’s got something cooking heading into Hartford.
kevinmcfl Posted yesterday at 03:03 AM Report Posted yesterday at 03:03 AM Great house shows... I am enjoying what you are doing with Duggan. He is showing to be a real fighting champion and fights fire with fire. After he was nailed with the flag, he comes back with the 2x4. Big win for the Nasty Boys as they go over Dynamite and Benoit!! They are quickly moving up the ranks. Watch out for Benoit. He is real dangerous when he is angry. Dynamite better smooth this over. This could be a great angle to push Benoit.
spaldoni Posted 5 hours ago Report Posted 5 hours ago Wolverine and Magneto, yep it's Halloween To me, Silver King's win over Raymond is a big deal. Thos definitely moves Silver King up a level Brutus beats the Sheik in a fun veteran's match up Nikolai and Boris will fight another day The Ronin have been unstoppable since winning the titles. Cool seeing the tag title match as the main event Worcester Big things ahead for both Tatanka and Warlord Nasty Boys are making waves as they defeat the former champs The King is getting his chance to shine in the WWF LOL, I can just imagine Slick sprinting away from Bad News That must have been a sight to see watching Tugboat go down to Chono's big kick Duggan and his 2x4 send the fans home happy. I mentioned the tag title main event at the Cumberland arena. The IC title match closes this show. You've really put importance on these titles and have shown faith that they can be big draws.
