  1. There are two Cody Rhodes to me. There is Cody by himself who I find to be generic and boring and have no interest in. Then there's Cody with Brandi who is fantastic and has personality and who I enjoy watching.
  2. I agree with Randy Orton as Nickleback. The Bucks are more like Gwar if they had been more popular.
  3. Also on character work. I find Samu fucking around with Heyman's cell phone during promos to be more interesting as far as character goes than anything the Usos do.
  4. I think the Usos are good and I enjoy their work. They wouldn't touch any kind of best tag team list for me. The Bucks would probably creep into the lower part of a top 50 list though.
  5. I'm just bringing it up to shame you guys for failing to mention Jazz's run in WWE which was quite good.
  6. I thought they sucked for a really long time.
  7. I never have anything in common with other fans when I go to any show. Just the way it is with some things.
  8. Just curious about when was the last time you watched it. Septemberish I think. I was following it and hockey season was starting and I found the Lesnar/Strowman thing to be a real turn off. I thought the summer months were generally pretty boring outside of good segments for the main program.
  9. Trish was a good worker within the context of what she was. A fairly inexperienced worker in a shallow division with a lot of shitty talent. She's highly rated for over the course of a couple of years becoming a worker that could have competent and sometimes good matches on the big stage.
  10. I don't know if I would vote Raw the worst show. But I think it's a pretty fucking terrible TV show. It's a tedious chore with a shit ton of filler more often than not. You can usually go on YouTube and just watch the good match and the one segment you care about. It's far more tolerable in the chopped up 90 minute Hulu show.
  11. I used to watch their online show back in the mid 2000s.
  12. Whats with all the nasty comments about Moolah? I don't mean you particulary but there are alot of message boards that just constantly slag her off which is a bit tasteless when she's dead. She always seemed regulary respected by WWE after all the years she gave. She treated her trainees as slaves pretty much. She took a cut of their booking fee and forced them to live on her compound paying rent. She also pimped the girls out on the side. That's not getting into how women's wrestling was largely a joke because of her. Any famous trainees? Tons. I can't find a list but Leilani Kai, Sherri Martel, Luna Vachon and Sweet Georgia Brown are just the ones I know off the top of my head.
  13. I'm guessing day 1 sales will be almost 8,000. No basis on that other than New Japan did 5,000 in a few minutes.
  14. Yeah but we're in year 5ish of Roman and he doesn't move the needle much at all.
  15. Yeah. It would be hard to say when he was out of the picture as far as her training goes. That generation talks a lot less though and most of them are dead. I would imagine she wanted money and was a scammer by nature and she figured out the perfect scam to make as much money as possible.
  16. Hard to say. She grew up poor and she might have just been driven to make money and be a scumbag in general. Burke as far as I have ever seen doesn't have those kinds of accusations against her.
  17. The Sweet Georgia Brown stuff is out there and is easy to find. That one woman just talked about it and I think that one is at the top of SquaredCircle on reddit.
  18. Warrior shouldn't even really be mentioned in the same vein as Moolah. He was mostly a harmless asshole while she left a mile long trail of victims from her behavior.

  20. If they are at 8-9 they will get those last few even if they have to drag homeless people in.
  21. Mae Young at least doesn't have the same stink of abuse tied to her name.
  22. They're also a wrestling company with a strong promotional machine and Network with unlimited time and space on it. Run packages and specials on Mildred Burke or whoever you pick and make them seem like a big deal. Mildred would be a super easy sell to the crowd.
  23. Why not Alundra then. Moolah aside from the pimping also ruined women's wrestling for nearly half a century to cover up her lack of talent.
  24. Mildred Burke?
  25. Didn't WCW Main Event air on a Sunday? 5:05 on Sunday. They kept that until late 1997 with Pro. Syndication meant some shows aired on Sundays in some markets. I know Worldwide was on Sundays here for awhile. ECW on TNN was a Friday show.
