    Not exactly great, but holy crap, the fact that Seth Rollins has become at least that good of a promo is pretty great considering what he was like as Tyler Black. They've switched the conflict from Dean and Roman to be between Dean and Rollins so that when the split happens, it'll look more like Reigns is the one branching off, which is probably the right thing to do if they want to push him. I just hope we get one more match between them and the Wyatts out of this.

    More story driven than the first match, but with the finish they went with, everything Rollins did amplified the story even more. He was the guy from the start who wanted to put the Wyatts out, going crazy with his dives and really putting over how he didn't want to lose to these guys again. Everything about this was chaotic, really reminded me of the Shield's early 6-mans, with the Team Hell No/Ryback match from TLC standing out as the best comparison. Dean really amped up the crazy and everyone went nuts with their big spots. It's hard to separate the two matches, but this is right up there with it, and the PPV match is my runaway MOTY.

    For the money that WWE is looking for, there are very few platforms out there that could give them that. If they already have an agreement in place, you wonder if it was decided once they disclosed the numbers for the Network.

    The problem was that with it being on SmackDown! that the crowd reactions are somewhat muffled because it's taped, so I'm glad to hear there was an explosion from the crowd.

    Cena talked on the Steve Austin show about how he wants new dance partners and Cesaro might be the guy I want to see him dance the most with. Two freakishly strong dudes that bust out great power spots and in this match, it was all about Cena making Cesaro's power stuff look great. He takes the Swiss Death better than anyone on the roster and he absolutely laid it into Cesaro at points. The finish was fantastic, with the deadlift superplex starting things off and then Cena's fantastic roll through AA to finish. I liked the Orton match for Cesaro making Orton about as interesting as he has been in a long time, but this is the better match.

    This was a fucking war. From start to finish, I can't think of a better story told in a wrestling ring for quite some time.The best part about the heat sections was the fact that both teams knew how to keep them interesting, with the highlight being the awesome boot spot between Harper and Ambrose, where Ambrose busted out the awesome sell job. Rollins crazy run in the middle of the match was very Bryan-like and was a good showcase for him. You had six distinct characters working six distinct stories, and once it got to Reigns as the hot tag and the stretch run began, it became otherworldly. There were near falls, but the match really didn't even need them. The story of the Wyatts becoming the superior trio by doing what the Shield had done for the past 15 months to win was really well done, and the decisive finish tease with Reigns making a nice last-ditch effort to come back before falling was fantastic. Match of the Year by a country mile right now.

    I know people are singing its praises, but its a good match, not a great match. It's exciting and all, but compare it to Cesaro's matches with Cena and Orton a few weeks before and you can tell which matches are better paced and mean more. The stretch run here was more a collection of spots than moves that worked into the flow of a match, done more for near falls than to tell a story, and I was a bit sad that after four matches between these two and with Cesaro having worked such great main event matches over the weeks prior that they couldn't rein things in a bit.

    One of the better four-way matches I can remember WWE having and it had to do with the stretch run. Really awesome cutoff spots all around, with Kofi, of all people in this match, looking really good and looking like the guy who probably earned the shot, to be honest with you. Rey was a great pinball an Henry did that great combination of power stuff and selling that reminds you just how good he is. Swagger winning was the right call, but I'm a bit shocked Kofi came out of this match looking as good as he did.

    Probably my favorite Cesaro performance of the year, mainly because while the Cena match was a great power vs. power matchup, he made Orton really bring his workbooks here and Orton was up for the task. This was more of a Cesaro showcase match, with him throwing some great uppercuts and being a dick to Orton in a lot of ways, and then Orton having these really great moments of disgust before realizing that he was the champ and wanted to show people why he should beat a guy like Cesaro. The finishing stretch remains my favorite of the year and totally made Cesaro look king-sized, with Orton taking the power bomb, uppercut and Neutralizer to finish really well. If this was on Raw, the crowd would have exploded, but the somewhat stunned reaction to what had just happened, and with the finality of it all makes it the best example I can think of for really making a guy. This match is my go-to example for showing why Cesaro is the best wrestler on the planet right now.

    One of the better worked Chamber matches from start to finish, beginning with the best three workers and then turning into some great stories once all six guys got into the match. The finish, though...it's beyond stupid. You have BRYAN attack Kane? It was a great near fall when he kicked out of the RKO, but it became a moot point once Kane got his revenge and sent Bryan into the second one for the loss. It made Orton look extremely weak (and he's looking like the weakest champion in a long, long time at this point) and didn't help Bryan at all. Cesaro came away looking king-sized in this, and while people hated that he tapped, he took an AA on the steel, got pulled in and Cena REALLY wrenched in the STF for the quick tap, with Cesaro having been in there for a half hour. Even the Wyatt interference was awesome. That finish just sucked the wind out of the match, though. How a match that good could have a finish like that is beyond me.

    I liked the pen bit a lot, and Brock selling his ass off for Taker is fun to watch. Heyman had a good promo here, too.

    Great work from both women here. My years of watching joshi can frustrate me when the pace isn't faster, but these two know how to work a good match and by the end of the match, the pace didn't matter. Really awesome, engrossing stretch run, but the issue going forward becomes whether or not this becomes the way the Divas work or whether or not this is just a blip on the radar. There are very few workers in the division right now as a whole, so something will have to give.

    I hope they give Colin some more screen time because as far as charisma goes, he's got it by the truckload. He also throws the best right hand in NXT. This was fun enough, especially considering he can sing a bit, and it was a nice showcase for him. I'm not sure if Aiden's gimmick has legs at this point, as the joke has been run into the ground and his wrestling style doesn't really match his gimmick, but he's at least entertaining.

    Match was so-so and I think it hurt some thanks to Bryan getting concussed, but the aftermath is one of the greatest things I've seen on TV in years.

    Glad to see this made the list as the other ones were in chronological order and I got confused. Another great Shield 6-man, complete with your requisite Goldust awesomeness and Big E adding some flavor with his interactions against Reigns and his power stuff on Ambrose and Rollins. I liked that they let Rollins go over here, as Reigns seemingly gets every pinfall or sees Ambrose steal it from him, but the stretch run here was nice and tight. It didn't go as long as you'd want it to with these six guys, but if this were a Superstars/Main Event last match on the show environment, I'd love to see what these six could do, especially now that Big E is being positioned somewhat as a threat and can hang with Reigns.

    Incredible performance by Wyatt here, who actually outshines Bryan in my opinion. Bryan did a great job working from below early, but the genius stuff came when Wyatt went to work and Bryan made every single one of his moves mean something. Awesome ending, one of the more unique finishes you'll ever see, and although people bitched about the fact that Wyatt went over, the way in which he went over made up for it, because they both came out better because of it. I'm not sure if Wyatt can have that type of match with anyone else on the roster right now, but give him some time to work off what he did here and I can't wait to see what he'll do with someone like Rollins or Zayn or Neville down the road.

    Didn't like it that much and not just because there was no Bryan, although I didn't have much faith for it to happen in the first place. My major issue came with the fact that they didn't know how to pace everything out. Punk in as the ironman at #1 doesn't really lead anywhere. Reigns comes in and starts ruling ass, but it was a lot of peaks/valleys-type stuff, but with not enough peaks. The other problem was that outside of Punk and Batista, there wasn't anyone else in the Rumble except Bryan (if they put him there) that were seen as threats to win it. Reigns as a wild card was a nice touch, but at the same time, once it was him and Batista, it was more about wanting him to win than thinking he'd actually win it. I guess that's what WWE wanted in the first place, though. If you bought into Bryan being in the match, then the suspense helped, but it also made the match seem worse.

    For some reason, WWE Network says it's the 19th. Odd. My favorite thing The Usos do is work in unique ways to tag each other in. For instance, Jimmy gets beat down to start, gets separation from Harper outside, then slides in, tags Jey and Jey flies onto Harper. Their highlight reel tag is that plancha tag that looks great, but I like that they find neat ways to make the tag mean something. Jimmy also does the ode to Brian Pillman guardrail spot in this match, which always gets points with me. Rowan's gimmick lets him be a bit wild in the ring, but Harper outshines him so much it can be distracting at times. He's a great seller in this, though. Didn't like Wyatt's promo mid-match, but it was during a rest hold, so it wasn't nearly as bad as it could have been. It was fine for TV, but it wasn't anything too special.

    I liked that Tyler got some time to do some offense in the match, as his gimmick is what defines him on TV at this point. They worked some really neat spots into the equation, with Neville pulling out some power spots to differentiate the two guys. Neville has become a lot more polished since coming into the WWE and although he's not exactly a work horse, he does some cool things in every match to remind you he's got some special talents.

    I didn't really think much of this. I understood they were trying to break off the NAO into something so that they can get the tag division a rub but it didn't really mean much in the long run, as Punk kinda faded into obscurity going into the Rumble. Good beatdown, I guess, but that's about it.

    My big question has always been whether the WWE Network is going to be a long-term thing going forward for continuous subscribers. They really have to figure out how they're going to deal with content changes and additions down the road. Having the PPVs on there is all fine and dandy along with NXT, Main Event and Superstars, but there's a good chance come August that people won't renew if they don't step it up from a content perspective, which will skew the money even further. The assumption is that the service is a must-have for wrestling fans, and while it's still early, there are still questions about what the Network will mean going forward for programming. On top of that, let's say there really is a big chunk of change waiting for WWE when it comes to the rights at the end of the road. They aren't going to get the long term money that most sports-based TV will get, they won't even get a good number of years. Betting on that money putting them into the black over that time isn't exactly a solid bet, especially with the numbers Chris posted. There's a lot of assumptions being made on the long-term viability of the network having the content to warrant its asking price. The elephant in the room is whether or not the TV rights actually will happen the way they want it to and whether they would go totally in-house for all programming through the Network. That's something that they will have to seriously consider at some point if TV continues to go by the wayside. The recent Comcast/TW merger doesn't help things in that department.

    Decided to get back into this after finally getting my shit together with school and the like. Will be going match by match instead of by each disc so that it's easier to see from a match standpoint. Will try and do one or two a day.
