Hey yo, Before August, I was watching NOTHING new in 2013....so I'd like to know... What matches should I track down from Jan - July 2013 and see? I know two are the Cesaro / Zayn match from July as well as the LA Park vs. Dr Wagner CMLL match...any others? Also, what are the WWE Best matches of 2013 so far not on PPV?

Agreed with everyone else....but will add....What a fucking clothesline from Kawada at the end...he KILLED Taue with it..... Also, Taue dropping Kawada knee first on that table was brutal to...he hit it HARD!! Being a pretty green Puro watcher, that shit looked REAL hard to me compared to North American stuff...and WAY better. GREAT BRAWL....just right amount of time.

We are on teh Cars and Cars 2 train at my house as well... So when I cant watch, I work on trying to get more and more footage collected......for me as well as it gives another place where these videos are safe for years to come should something happen to others (fires / etc..) and some of it lost...I try to get everything I can and will continue to do so until I get to old to care...I am 35, so that is a LONG way away... But for me, if I see something I dont have and one part of it interests me, I will work until I get all of it....

Hopefully someone could verify that, if its full on that version or not?

The Tully Blanchard vs. Brad Armstrong TBS TV Title match in early '87 epitomizes Tully's run as TV champ. The match sees him hanging on at the end to the time limit while Brad throws everything at him to try and take the title while Tully hangs on and then goes over and talks a ton of shit on him afterward...

Thanks for bringing the goodness again jdw...really appreciate the background....I have a much better understanding of Puro now in terms of angles or other "turns" that arent really a part of Puro due to the Japanese Culture and being all about respect and who the better man in the ring was...getting this background on the guys in the ring really enhances that and makes me fully ready to watch these series of matches.. You mentioned a "series" a few times and I have seen matches listed as "Date - "Insert Name Here" Series". What was the significance of each "series"? Did someone win each one and what did it mean? Also, the full Choshu vs. Tsuruta 60 Min full match on Classics....are there commercials? Just curious as the version I have is 42+ Min with commercials cut out..curious if that is it or if there is a fully complete, no commercial version? Thanks again

One I dont see listed and think fits this to a TEE is Scott Steiner in 2003 WWE and afterward...He comes in late 2002, people are psyched, gets into the HHH feud, top of teh card....Then Rumble 2003 and No Way Out 2003 happen and POOF...he is gone. Off to mid-card matches and NEVER really thought of as anythign great again...even when TNA put him in a prominent role
