WWE has already started to "Dry up" internationally. They are failing in Mexico and they didn't do so hot in Japan. I think this recession will start to make Vince recondisder doing so many ppvs and I doubt there will be a Tribute to the Troops next year. The Recession has already hit CMLL as they are runing more discount shows in Arena Mexico. It's going to kill a lot of indy companies too. It's going to affect UFC too later in the year.

Well it's the end of the year so I thought it would be fun to look back at this. Sadly, I was right about Konnan killing AAA and Jeff failing a drug test. But I was also right about Jeff getting a title run. SLL was correct about ROH and NOAH going close to the grave. We should start doing 2009 Predictions.

Anways on this same show was The Iron Shiek, Eddie Kingston vs Kamala in a match that lasted a minute and the main event of Balls Mahoney vs Sabu vs Sandman vs Devon Moore vs some other guy. And the show only drew about 200 people.

The Pro wrestling connection as a lot more to do with it than you think. My friend who's a casual fan can't stand the guy because he was a pro wrestler. That and the boring Heath fight.

Lawler/Dundee is my number 1 right now. This disc had some awesome matches and some real shitty ones like the Pritchard/Rose match. I'm about 4 matches in Disc 8 and all 4 matches are in my top 20 right now. Just a great disc so far.

Averno/Blue Panther from this past Saturday was a much better match. I don't think it was as bad as you say but I wasn't expecting much from Villano V in 2008 anyways. I don't blame Panther because I still think something was fishy with him dropping his mask. I heard CMLL forced him to drop the mask which wouldn't shock me. Why Villano V was picked I do not know. It would have been better if Ultimo Guerrero or some up and comer like Averno or Misterioso won it. Hell even Mistico would have been a better choice than Villano V.

Why would you do that when you know they probably wouldn't "take bumps" and I doubt would "make money". At least with Vickie, he's connected to wrestling somehow. I agree that she shouldn't be on tv but to say she's as bad as Mike Adamle was is unfair. At least they have learned to do more backstage segments with her that are taped in case she messes up.
