    WWE SummerSlam 2022

It makes sense, she didn't fit in the new direction of NXT 2.0 and Vince didn't see her as main roster material. That obstacle is gone and the guy who was behind her biggest push is in charge of creative.

    WWE SummerSlam 2022

If that's the only thing Hunter changes, it will make WWE 1000% better.
  4. You're not wrong, but I'm thinking with Roman's new deal he may or may not be doing the Wales show.
  5. I wonder if the plan is to belt Brock so Drew can get the big win in the UK?
  6. Say what you will about the guy, but Heyman is absolutely working his ass off to get people excited about a match we've seen over and over for years.
  7. Max DUUUUU PREEEEEEEEE lives! Truly a new day in WWE!
  8. I'm picturing young Regal as a punk and it's making me laugh like a maniac.
  9. Hunter (and Steph) posted photos of them being just offstage at Motorhead gigs many times, and when Lemmy died it was clear Hunter was more than just a rabid super fan by how he spoke of him as a friend and not just a guy who made music he liked. Another big fan in the company surprisingly was William Regal. Dude has excellent musical tastes, but he usually posts about Northern Soul on his social media so I was kind of surprised he was a Motorhead guy too.
  10. Observer stating NXT is planned to "somewhat" return to Hunter's previous vision, in terms of going back to recruiting established wrestlers and not just top tier college athletes. So I guess that means we're going back to stashing people in NXT to keep them away from other companies.
  11. Gresham always came off as a "ITS STILL REAL TO ME" type, which is a shame since he is a really talented guy.
  12. Working 6 mans might be beneficial for FTR since Dax has been working with a torn labrum.
  13. Pretty sure this was also one of the first events aired on HBO as well. As for why it stopped, my intimal guess is that it probably wasn't profitable for them to keep doing since it was around that time sports networks started realizing they could make way more money airing pro/college sports instead of rasslin.
  14. ESPN.com has an article up about the match; and in it Charlotte flat out says that while he was always a drinker, the wheels came off after Reid died. Not only losing a son but being the one who found the body understandably did a number on him mentally, and it seems he never really got help for that. It does seem like Ric is training his ass off for this, so at least it seems like he's going to be in the best possible shape someone 73 years old with all his medical history can be.
  15. They can (and should!) get some teams from AAA for the tournament as well.
  16. Not that it was any great revelation or surprise, but babyface Ricky Starks is going to be MONEY. People were already getting behind him before this, and now the sky's the limit.
  17. I'm pretty sure the segment with the Bucks and Hangman was the start of planting those seeds.
  18. Trios Titles means Kenny is returning soon, TK said like a million times he wouldn't introduce them without Omega.
  19. APPRICIATE the world wide leaders in sports...........ennertainment
  20. Mox and Rush kicking things off with a bang
  21. The only problem is just having Lemmy around made everyone in WWE look like fucking dorks in comparison.
  22. I never got the feeling that his promos sound fake. He reminds me of a college professor who maybe uses $5 words when a $1 word would suffice, but it's pretty clear dude talks like that IRL. Like I said before, he reminds me of Beast from the Xmen.
  23. I hope he cuts a promo saying he's going to beat his stepson's ass like he joked about before (the Bellas' SHOOT last name is Garcia).
  24. He absolutely is, and I'm sure Hunter knows the deal.
  25. Not *only*, but Moxley, Cole. Redragon, Keith Lee\Swerve, Andrade, 2.0, FTR, Claudio, Luchasaurus, Malachi Black, Samoa Joe, and even Sting if you think about it were all seen as not star material by WWE and every one ended up getting way more over in AEW. I can't believe that wasn't weighting on the minds of people toiling in NXT or stuck in the mid card on the main roster that they'll never get a chance with Vince and AEW was the greener pasture. Now maybe people who had their minds made up to jump at the first opportunity might now be thinking "well the biggest obstacle is gone maybe I'll give the new regime a chance".
