I'm not going to pretend a lot of the content isn't thin (the CAW system is pretty limited at the moment), but all I wanted was a game that controls like No Mercy with updated graphics and that's what I got. I got an N64 back in the day just to play Virtual Pro Wrestling/WCW vs nWo/Wrestlemania/No Mercy They've already indicated that the game will be getting tons of updates, so there's every reason to believe it will only get better from here.

So it looks like besides Cody and Aubrey (who are easy to unlock); Paul Wight, Brodie Lee, and Owen Hart are unlockable in story mode.

Got the game today and messed around a little bit, if you loved the N64 Aki WCW and WWE games you're going to love this. It was super easy to unlock Cody, and man does it feel weird playing him in an AEW game now. I did have few minor glitches, but other than that 's been a blast .

Sting did a promo to the crowd after the show saying he' going to need a few stitches in his mouth and possibly knocked a tooth loose.

why bother with the wacky pairs tourney when clearly Sting and Darby deserve a tag title shot

The interesting thing to me is how the plan is for them to just release updates and DLC instead of selling a new game every year.

Having NXT be on par with the main roster brands was fine when it was Black and Gold Super Indy NXT, doing it now with a crew one foot out of the crib just seems mean. Just comes off as them big timing everyone there.

That was impressive seeing how someone inexperienced handled a botch, didn't panic or try to redo the spot just let the more experienced guy work them through it until the got back on track.

Edris has the potential to really be something. He has the talent and the charisma to be a big star, and while also talented I get the feeling poor Malik is gonna get Jannetty'd.
