The Jags actually made quite a turnaround, they were the laughingstock of the NFL with Urban Meyer being way over his head as coach and only winning two games. They went 9-8 and won their (admittedly weak) division this year and their new coach was in the discussion for Coach of the Year for being able to pull that off.
From what I've been able to gather Tony is basically like a numbers and stats guy for both the Jags and Fulham so it's not like he's hands on with the day to day operations of either team. Its still a lot for one person to have on their plate for sure, but not quite the workload people make it out to be.
