Dave was being cryptic about it, saying they did the HBK homage in case they had to cover a longer absence. Now that she's apparently been cleared, I wonder how they are going to handle the ladder match they set up.
I find it hard to believe Punk spent that long in WWE and never had anyone refuse to lose to him, which either makes that post fake or him full of shit.
Funny thing is I don't think his gimmick was ever supposed to be endearing or likeable, his theme music turned him babyface and they just went with it.
This legit might be one of the best Manias ever. Even if all the builds didn't hit perfectly, I expect pretty much all the major matches to bang and Brock/Omos has some great trainwreck potential.
Yeah the whole idea of two night Wrestlemanias is creatively a poor idea, but it nets them another million dollar gate essentially for free so I get it.
You're not wrong, but considering they have two shows that will probably be (at least) four hours long each you have to have things like "tag team showcase" matches.
I feel like there's probably a few of us here who remember Kid Zombie from the old CrazyMax tape trading site and various West Coast indies, and his brother announced on Facebook the other day that he passed away. He was a big part of getting me (and a lot of others) access to wrestling in that era where DVDs became the media of choice.
Christopher Daniels mentioned in an interview that TK and Konnan had a sit down and worked out their issues, so I'm guessing Vikingo vs Kenny suddenly getting booked on a random ass Dynamite out of nowhere was the result of that.
(presumably that's a make good for AAA fucking them over with the FTR deal)
