    I'll admit to losing focus watching this one. Probably add it to the rewatch list. Guerrera ties Octagon's headband to the ropes which seems like a spot every opponent should do to him. Guerrera was putting him a nots at this point. The blood and violence really picks up in the third fall to go with the mask ripping. Guerrera doing the soccer goal slide on his knees taunt and then almost getting submitted from behind would have been a great finish to me.

    Takano wasn't hitting stuff as clean with Tenryu. Some bad looking spots. While Takano can do some athletic spots for a heavyweight I just didn't buy him at all as a serious challenger to Tenryu in this match.

    There was a bit too much of the I'll do a move and you do the exact same move to me back. The crowd seemed silent outside of a few vocal fans. But the audio of the strikes sounded great. They were just laying into each other.

    Asai seems more confident in trying the bigger moves compared to earlier matches. Lots of dives in this one. Problem with my Asai matches right now is I keep thinking how much better he looks under the mask.

    Heenan actually managing Flair ringside. This was fun with really great crowd heat. Little use of rest holds in match with Flair just bumping all over the place for Piper. Ric gets a big pinfall even with the use of the ropes. Don’t see Piper lose to much like that. I wasn’t big on Flair going after both Piper and Hogan on his arrival as the Piper feud is put aside now to focus on Hogan at the next show.

    Luger’s piledriver is called the Attitude Adjustment? Simmons gets the first fall via spinebuster. That was pretty quick. Simmons really had Luger on the ropes in the second fall but got too reckless with his tackle attempts. I did not like the second fall finish as Race’s involvement was too obvious with referee right there. Simmons was just so close here to winning multiple times. Definitely one of the best matches of his I’ve seen. Excellent performance by Luger and I liked the finish with Simmons hitting ring post after one too many big tackles. Better than I expected going in.

    Good placement going right into his ring introduction.

    Dangerously services as a broadcast journalist is no longer needed in WCW. Paul E. ain’t about to go away that easy. Him and Madusa have found themselves someone to get rid of Sting. Rick Rude has arrived in WCW. About time.

    Felt like Austin’s first strong match in WCW. Dustin was just as good out there as but guys were putting in a lot of effort. The time limit draw was obvious but didn’t stop them from having good action towards the end.

    This opened the show?! They did a poor job explaining this one on the buildup. Leatherface should be taking notes from Cactus how to use a chainsaw. Scott Steiner is back. What a mess. Just way too much going on to follow. It's not a terrible match by any means but this was too excessive on what they were trying to do. Guys all bloody and the reaction the finish gets in me is laughing with Abdullah getting electrocuted.

    All the wrestlers are blowing off Bischoff on interviews. This seemed like a weak piece until the Enforcers smash Windham’s hand in the car door! Ouch. Sucks that he got legit hurt especially with it being outside the ring.

    So one sided and frustrating to watch with Sullivan doing no selling outside taking a low blow and me needing binoculars to see what was going on.

    Larry has always been amazed by the stupidity of mankind. He knocks Darwin. Little reaction from the crowd. Maybe creationism is not big in Alabama. Freebirds end up brawling with Arn and Larry. The promos were fun but they are really lacking the team to go up against the Enforcers.

    Pritchard ends up hitting Embry twice by accident. Marlin probably didn’t do much in full match but he was throwing some rights. Embry and Pritchard end up brawling with Billy Joe Travis doing his best trying to be peacekeeper. Embry calls out Pritchard for liking the big gals. Eric should have known then about Tom. Wow, Pritchard actually acknowledged the Piper comparisons.

    Quick clip of match with Lawler just throwing fireballs around. Travis’ face is damaged and he is promising a big surprise for Lawler. Jerry shows up and Billy Joe doesn’t stick around long. The real Snowman would have big a nice addition to this feud.

    Sgt. Slaughter as seen the light of hope thanks to Paul Revere. William Dawes (the other guy) on the midnight ride had a route that went right by a house I use to live in.

    Not what I was expecting at first. Thought there would be more brawling early in match. Kawada strategy is to take Jumbo down to the mat and it works great. Kawada gets a bunch of headlocks on Jumbo. Each time Jumbo gets to his feet Kawada manages a counter into another headlock. Kawada just can’t hit the big move in the end to put away Jumbo. Going to say I still enjoy their January 92 encounter more but this was pretty good.

    Kroffat’s knee is already injured as joined in progress. Fuchi must have been all over it from the opening bell. Furnas throws the towel in but Kroffat tosses it back out as he wants to continue. Showing good fight. Fuchi is great at continuing to go at the knee. Too bad this wasn’t full too see everything leading up to the referee stoppage.

    I’m just a sucker for the multiple kip up and it was fun to see Finlay be on the end of it. Finaly seems to convince referee at one point to not card him by not letting the referee pull the card out of his pocket. It worked. This was on the quick side for CWA matches.

    I though Kazmaier got ripped off on the decision. The referee just stops doing the arm drop/submission check on Cactus after two and even though Abdullah is taking his sweet time trying to get into the ring, the ref calls for a disqualification.

    I have a dream by Ron Simmons. Nice that they banned Hughes from ringside. Dusty Rhodes will manage Simmons. Hopefully he sticks to the background and he does here by not cutting any promos and instead just embraces Simmons.

    Cactus and Abdullah threw Sting a birthday party but didn’t invite him. I’m sure he would have got invited if they knew about his denim jacket.

    Billy left his ring jacket at the announce desk. Lawler has something special planned for it. Lawler gets another promo in but still not enough to get me really into upcoming match.

    Travis lets the studio audience that he is glad they are not behind him unless he backs his car up. He kind of just randomly yells and gets distracting by the crowd the rest of way.

    Lawler lays it on heavy with his hate for Travis. He’s got no friends, no brains, no physique. Didn't like this one too much. This feud is struggling a bit.
