  1. BCC needs an unified entrance and theme. Even if Mox has to come out from the crowd he can still do it while the other two do it normally, there's no need for 3 different theme songs and entrances at this point. They are a unit supposedly.
  2. I wonder who wins the Owen Hart tournament on the men side. On the women's side, I guess Serena Deeb would be the best choice to challenge Rosa.
  3. Punk continues to be highly motivated, which means he's performing at the highest of levels. Dragon continues to be the best in the world at this wrestling stuff. They've had a lot of similar opponents at this stage and I'm not sure Punk has had a better match with anyone. Kingston being a legit tossup which kinda shows how awesome Eddie is (same with Dustin). Still, Punk vs Bryan is not an argument that's fun to have right now, both are great and I feel every discussion about them ends up with taking shots at one to take him down a peg...though that might just be me reading Twitter too much.
  4. I sure hope so because I want them to start getting more of a direction from this point forward. The set up was great, they established Yuta in record time. Now let's get something with more meat to it.
  5. I'd love to read that happiness in non.WWE threads bubba
  6. And Punk's been hinting going for a belt since before the MJF feud. He'es been more explicit after the dog collar match, obviously.
  7. Props to Cole for taking those 3 big bumps and making Hangman look like a very dominant/badass babyface champion. I thought the match was very good, I had a good feeling when I realized it couldn't go longer than 20 minutes and they didn't disappoint. Very little excess and to the point. Hangman has been everything he needed to be and more as champ, his next match with Punk is gonna be can't miss.
  8. This gotta be the most stacked Dynamite ever, right?
  9. This Yuta angle can't be described as anything other than a home run. Everyone involved nailed it and made it work in the span of 3 weeks, lol.
  10. Holy shit, when did they make WALTER lose all that weight?? what the hell did they do to him? It's one thing for him to be treated like "any other hoss" in a setting like Strong Big Japan but this is something else.
  11. WWE is different though because they not only have 1 PPV main title defense a month (on average). They have (well, had) TWO main titles. So when you combine all the content they have to book each week with the same 4-5 people rotating over the two belts, it gets repetitive way faster. And this company tends to stretch this cycle way more than others because they are financially secure so when a new guy is pushed, it's either for a transitional reign or to give a little break from the core 4-5 wrestlers so they can build to the shows "that actually matter".
  12. Was about to post the same. From the outside, it feels Roman, Brock, Lashley and Drew are the new Cena, HHH, Batista, Orton and Edge of the mid 00s.
  13. Saw McAfee vs Theory + fuckery, that was great. Also saw the main event, not so great. Really weird they didn't go full blood for this match. At this point they kinda don't have any other choice but to do finisher spamming and no selling so at least give it a wild bloody brawl feel to make it special. Still, last year's Mania was well received and from what I've gathered this was even better so good on WWE for getting their shit right. Even if it's just for 1 weekend, being able to establish that no one comes close to this type of spectacle AND it's a fun ass show to watch is something they can't afford to lose at this point.
  14. Probably Austin not wanting to put extra pressure on himself.
  15. Checked Bianca vs Becky after all the praise it's gotten here and although it was a very good match I didn't think it was that special. Sasha vs Bianca was better.
  16. Last time they beat Austin in Texas did horrible for business. Wouldn't have shocked me if less people showed up for Night 2
  17. Seth really beat the shit out of him
  18. I can't even imagine the amount of money Vince gave him for this, it's probably not the type of offer Austin got before. I also buy into the idea that Austin saw it as a special opportunity to go full circle on his career (first and last match in the same place) and of he it wasn't tonight, he wouldn't have been able to do it like he he just did until it was too late. He could've done in WM 32 but that card had Rock and HHH trying to have a HHH moment with Roman in the main event, so much less room than in a 2-night event with practically no big names. And supposedly he WAS interested in a match with Punk. WWE fucking up Punk's momentum and Rock/Cena having the main event locked up (and Punk dropping the ball badly on that sitdown interview they did together for WWE2K, I'll always believed that played a factor too) probably made him reconsider.
  19. Oh, and talk about making the right call staying in WWE for Owens...
  20. Stone GOAT. So glad this was last so I was able to watch it live. Him not saying a single thing but looking at Owens with a level of disgust and intensity that no one else can channel in wrestling. Milking the crowd and then having a damn good brawl after 19 years?? Again, Stone GOAT.
  21. @Alucard @NintendoLogic thanks!
  22. I miss the thickness but yeah, respectfully. Is Toni's music a bootleg Barracuda theme?
  23. In two singles matches and 1 tag match, Dragon took Yuta from complete afterthought in AEW to a prospect fans are reacting huge for. I also fucking love the hierarchy that's being established in his matches. At this point just showing some defiance towards Dragon gets a reaction.
  24. LMAO at the coked out 2.0 guy wiping his nose
