    One thing about the freelancer bookings, how far in advance are you allowed to book the dates? It seems a bit much to ask for dates on a freelancer for November of 86 if you know the rotation of who will be in charge for that month.

    Sounds good, it gives the people that haven't confirmed if they are in or out a deadline to confirm their status.
