  1. Don't worry, he won't be involved in anything too violent. He'll have company since Kendo and Pogo are on the roster. Is your preference for him to work face or heel as part of his training?
  2. If you think Puerto Rico could be a place for him to gain experience, we would be happy to host him.
  3. Yeah, he was someone I was considering for that low card face spot I needed to fill.
  4. WWC selects Joe Savoldi.
  5. Jesse's around, goc has Beast's pick, and I'll hang around a bit more, so Dylan may get his pick in (although think of a proxy for your next one if you're going to ge out most of tomorrow).
  6. Well, one more pick should get you to twenty (save pick + 19 rounds).
  7. We're at the point where one could look at their roster and say they're done drafting. Remember that you don't have to continue drafting if you're satisfied with what you've assembled.
  8. WWC selects Gypsy Joe.
  9. That is correct. Youngblood is available for dates on Jul 1-3 if anyone is interested. UPDATE: Sgt. Slaughter is now booked from July 1-3, but is still available for July 4 (provided the travel distance is feasible from his July 3 commitment). Sgt. Slaughter is now booked through July 1-4. There still availability on other WWC talent for outside dates during that weekend if there is interest, notably Jay Youngblood from July 1-3 and the Invaders.
  10. This sounds absolutely hilarious, I'm going to have to check it out.
  11. Around 4-5, but I think none of the ones active at this time I are related. Rivera is a common last name in Puerto Rico, like Smith or Jones in the U.S.
  12. WWC selects Angelo Rivera.
  13. Didn't dawho leave two picks with you goc? I think he mentioned that last night in this thread.
  14. WWC selects Ninja Warrior (Mr. Pogo).
  15. That is correct. Youngblood is available for dates on Jul 1-3 if anyone is interested. UPDATE: Sgt. Slaughter is now booked from July 1-3, but is still available for July 4 (provided the travel distance is feasible from his July 3 commitment).
  16. I'll be around for at least another hour, maybe two. If I check out before my turn I'll send my pick.
  17. I would like to let everyone know that certain WWC talent is available to work select dates on the Fourth of July weekend. Some dates have been booked, but there is still availabiliy on talent like Sgt. Slaughter, Jay Youngblood and the Invaders. Interested parties can contact the WWC booking office for more information.
  18. Would like to beat this into the ground by pointing out that 5 people using up most of their clock time would mean we would only get thru 5 picks in an entire day. We could have as many as 8-9 more rounds before this is over. We will not finish before July 1st if people won't make an effort to get their picks in as fast as possible and not think "oh well I have 5 hours, it's fine" There's also tbe danger of setting yourself up to be passed over if one assumes everyone will take their time. Right now we had 3 quick picks in succession, which may end up putting someone on the clock in the middle if the night and seeing their time expire.
  19. Don't go to far dawho, you may get to make your pick in the next 5 to 10 minutes.
  20. I think there may be some confusion with what JHawk wrote. I'm reading it as JHawk sending his own pick as a proxy if Jesse takes a while in picking.
  21. Frank Dusek was on my list of possibilities. From what I've seen he's a solid promo who can speak Spanish.
  22. Never mind. Flyin' Brian is on the clock.
  23. JerryvonKramer has a little under two hours to make his pick before the allotted time expires.
  24. Looking forward to seeing it unfold.
