The NWA PPV is tonight - the same night as WWE Fastlane, which is on a much more popular and accessible streaming service for far cheaper. The level of incompetence here is staggering. Stick a fork in the NWA - it's done. I'll be surprised if this gets even 100 buys. What a shame, because I really liked what the NWA was doing.

The comments for this tweet are proof of why everyone looks down on rasslin' fans. It's one embarrassing and moronic tweet after another of dumb and dumber.

Here's a visual aid for everyone else: I think it makes him look like an even bigger geek, but it's memorable, so I'll give him that.

Seth is a bigger geek than ever.

Surprised there isn't already a thread for this... The matches Universal Champion Roman Reigns vs. Daniel Bryan WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Shayna Baszler & Nia Jax vs. Sasha Banks & Bianca Belair Intercontinental Champion Big E vs. Apollo Crews No Holds Barred: Drew McIntyre vs. Sheamus Randy Orton vs. Alexa Bliss Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Seth Rollins Kickoff Show: United States Champion Riddle vs. Mustafa Ali The Peacock era begins!

I'm impressed with the WWE section on Peacock, and as @sek69 pointed out, getting things like Rock's SNL appearances is really cool.
-
Doubtful, since Billy Gunn got in while working for AEW. Remember H's "piss ant company" line?

WWE TV 03/15 - 03/21 Bayern Munchen to repeat as UCL champions

I mean, I'm okay with WWE false-advertising and baiting-and-switching on this, because it sounds like an absolutely terrible idea. Well, anyone with common sense knows that's the only reason Fastlane exists this year. Better that than WrestleMania (which no one remembers also had hiccups the first year or two of the Network). -
Great post, and so much calmer and classier than what I would be able to respond with right now. I'll leave it at that. Reddit is like anywhere else - there are great subs and shit subs, and great people in shit subs and shit people in great subs. I assume you're talking exclusively about "wreddit" though, which is probably a giant dumpster fire, yeah. Well, maybe some of the smaller fed-only or indie subs are better? I don't know.

I do, because it's the first time I saw him too. I found the fire-breathing shit hokey. I wanted more of a "Karate Kid" gimmick, which I guess is kinda what he was before. It wasn't until he showed up at WCW Clash of the Champions as a mystery partner for Dustin Rhodes vs. Arn Anderson and Larry Zbyszko and had an absolute banger of a match - as the kids today would say - that I truly became a fan. BTW, I'm not sure how I'd reply to this without using the quote function, seeing as there have been several other posts since (including from me).

Well, to be fair, they're framing Aron "I forgot an A in my name and never got any A's in school" Stevens getting a title shot as a tribute to Jocephus/The Question Mark, which is not the worst idea in the world - especially if this is a catalyst to make Stevens more of a serious main event character. We know he has the talent.

You don't even need to do that. You can highlight only what you want to quote and a little "Quote selection" box will pop up. Click that, and then rinse and repeat as needed. (On desktop anyway. Not sure about mobile.)

WWE TV 03/15 - 03/21 Bayern Munchen to repeat as UCL champions

WrestleMania ticket sales are delayed. Wanna bet Vince is opening up the show to full capacity because his bitch friend Dana White just did the same? -
Does that implicate Ric O. Chet by association?
-
It all starts from the top. Road Dogg and Drake Wuertz would be fired on the spot if I were the one in charge of that, while other Q-Zombies on the roster like Bobby Fish would be taken off TV, forced to volunteer at hospitals, and take classes until they wake the fuck up. If they refuse, I'd future endeavor them and publicly state the reason why - leaving AEW or any other viable alternative with massive egg on their faces if they try picking up any of these assholes. But it's sleazy, slimy, stuck in the '70s rasslin', so they'll all get promotions, raises, and/or increased pushes.

The notifications on this site have always been wonky at best, but I was greeted with this today: Notifications El-P El-P quoted you in a topic: WWE Hall of Fame 2020-21 14 hours ago El-P El-P quoted you in a topic: WWE Hall of Fame 2020-21 14 hours ago El-P El-P quoted you in a topic: WWE Hall of Fame 2020-21 14 hours ago Thank the Good Lord that @El-P didn't actually quote me three times in a row. Anyway, yes, Sable should probably be in, but you're discounting Molly for being "just a good worker" when the Mighty Molly and head shaving storylines were both over, and her presence and lack of selfishness made the entire division look as good as it possible could have in the Laurinaitis Barbie Doll model era. Molly was - dare I say it - one of the top 5 WWE "divas" of her era.
-
I'm surprised no one has mentioned Apollo Crews yet. Jushin Liger in his prime surely qualifies too.
-
I imagine he'll still get in eventually, but probably only as "Edge and Christian." Billy Gunn got in with DX while working for AEW, so I can see WWE trying to pull that card for 2022. Whether Khan would still allow it at that point is another story. Right now, he seems very open to things like that. Another years of BS from WWE might harden him more.
-
What?! Molly should have been in years ago, way before Barbie Doll models like Torrie WIlson, who was the least over character of the three in the Torrie-Al Wilson-Dawn Marie soap opera. If we're talking about top five Attitude Era stars who aren't in yet, that conversation begins and ends with Christian.
-
Where is this stuff about Wuertz being a pillhead coming from? The other stuff - being a Q-Tip and orange embarrassment - are self-explanatory.
-
Not that I'm advocating violence, but I kinda wish he would. Is the Penelope Ford character even presented as a slut in any way? Not that I've seen. It's just more misogynistic crap from a career coward who knows no one will actually drill him in the mouth for anything he says.
-
All of that is certainly true, but I'd still take Dusty at his worst with his most excessive bad habits over Nash at his very best (which was still dire). This paints a more complete picture. Can't really fault Nash for that. Is this what led to Dusty's departure from WCW and unlikely late-career ECW stint feuding with Steve Corino? Corino is someone who never become the star post-ECW that I thought he would.
-
Imagine someone as creatively boring as Nash being so arrogant that he wouldn't want the help of one of the greatest bookers of all time (Dusty wasn't without his issues - Dusty Finishes, focusing on himself, etc. - but he was galaxies ahead of Nash.)
-
I'm not a fan of Fox News at all, but not everyone there is terrible. Most of the night hosts are completely awful (Tucker Carlson, etc.), but Chris Wallace during the day is okay. Irritates the shit out of me with his smug little look, but he's a far cry from the Carlsons of the world. Either way, this is a very bad take. No one deserves to be sexually harassed.

This tweet is so downright disingenuous, so obviously profit-motivated, that it may as well say ""philanthropy is the future of marketing, it's the way brands r going 2 win"
