  1. Another analogue with Punk and Mox - they both have spouses who still work in the company they're trashing.
  2. The man owns a Shoney's. He can keep himself under control for a couple of hours.
  3. There are plenty of tickets for the Dallas show available on TicketMaster and on the secondary market, and I've seen some heavy discount codes floating around. I wonder if they'll add Moxley to the card? (As an aside, if anyone is going to the show, PM me and we'll grab a drink.)
  4. I don't know about this fans' questions segment, but that girl getting a burn on Sami made it worth it this week.
  5. The Revival with hair literally squashing beef had me LOL'ing.
  6. The Usos would shoot throw an awesome block party.
  7. One way you can tell Vince is slipping: he should have released Dolph so he could ruin AEW from within, the way he let WCW have Russo. Instead they're pushing him.
  8. Starrcast/AEW was worth it just for this pic: (Via Kenta Kobashi's twitter)
  9. The Athletic had a long interview with theEduardo Ortega, the Padres' Spanish-language play-by-play announcer. (It's The Athletic, so it's paywalled.) Apparently he's a huge lucha libre fan, and started out calling matches in Tijuana on the radio. He collects masks, and is known for dropping references into his play-by-play.
  10. Man, poor Mick is out here to pimp this title and no one gives a shit.
  11. Paul looks like he had a suit made out of an old tablecloth.
  12. ahahahaha! Brock Lesnar - smartest man in sports-entertainment. Straight into my veins, Vinny Mac
  13. And that ladder was way too close to the ropes. Jesus, guys
  14. Then Ali drops Ricochet right onto his head with that reverse rana. That's a spot we can retire, fellas.
  15. Oof, that sunset bomb onto the ladder Balor took was nasty. Didn't look fun for either guy, but Finn is gonna be sore tomorrow.
  16. The competing tall power guy tosses flyer into a ladder spots on Corbin/Ali and Drew/Ricochet was a pretty cool bit. Have to give Corbin/Ali the win though, that one looked violent as hell.
  17. I'm as annoyed with Seth as anyone, but that was a really good match.
  18. I hate that superplex -> falcon arrow that Seth does, but I have to admit the inverted version was pretty cool
  19. It kinda looks like a sequined, fringed cardigan. An oddly cut robe, for sure.
  20. That was some good booking. The loss doesn't really hurt Becky as it was her second match in a row and after Lacey interference. And the loss gets Becky off Smackdown to reduce potential overexposure. And it gets the belt off Charlotte quickly so she can disappear for a couple of weeks in case Ric's situation gets worse. And a good pop from the crowd - everybody likes Bayley.
  21. Badass Miz simply doesn't work for me, but the crowd seems reasonably into him and this match. Proving, yet again, that I know zilch.
  22. Conrad is married to Ric's older daughter so I'd believe him, but it's worth noting that Ryan Satin has contradicted that report. Either way, he's a 70 year old in relatively poor health and a hospital trip is never good, so let's hope for the best.
  23. Double or Nothing is $49.99 on PPV, well B/R Live anyway. That's quite an ambitious price point.
  24. It wasn't a burial, he didn't look like a geek at all. It was a pretty decent match, and Ricochet got some revenge after. Corbin is certainly overpushed but let's take it easy.
  25. Cesaro is hanging out in the Toro Rosso garage at the Spanish Grand Prix qualifying this morning. They identified him on the broadcast, the announcers amazed that he could easily lift a tyre above his head. As strong and athletic as he is, he actually would be pretty great on a pit crew.
