I'm actually slightly relieved that it was a concussion and not anything directly related to his neck. Though Bryan does have a long history of concussions so this unfortunately could still yield the same result of retirement.

I always liked Shane and Stephanie is hitting her stride right now but Vince takes this easily. He's an all time character.

I'd wait to see his reaction at Extreme Rules in Chicago. Pairing him with the Big Show isn't doing him any favors at all.

I'd recommend watching Wrestlemania to see all of his favorite nostalgia acts and Summerslam to see the current wrestlers at their best.

Some half-baked predictions with preferred scenarios Rock vs. HHH w/Rousey and Steph on the outside Lesnar vs. Reigns vs. Ambrose vs. Rollins for the world title (This is pretty wacky but I like the dynamic of the former Shield members and Lesnar squaring off) Bryan vs. Cena mid-card title unification Taker vs. Sting in a double retirement match Rusev vs. Zayn? Wyatt Family reunited vs. NWO (I mean they all did take bumps at Wrestlemania)

I never understood why she was so polarizing. She got a lot of TV time but she was never a hateable or likable figure for me.

Wow, Reigns may have had the interview of the year. Not sure why they would air this on Smackdown and not on this coming RAW.

I wouldn't turn Reigns yet though. They can get more mileage out of him as a babyface provided they book him in matches with great workers. I would have held off on Sheamus/Bryan and brought a heel Sheamus back to work with Reigns for the next two months. If they really do put him in a PPV match with Big Show or Kane then I would seriously have to consider the political hit theory. I mean, Hunter was able to avoid a Big Show match on PPV last year when Big Show actually had momentum.

After Lana started throwing her shoes to distract Cena, Alvarez thought that she was going to throw her white scarf and the referee would interpret it as her throwing in the white flag. That might have been a little anticlimatic for a marquee Wrestlemania match but it still would have been much more creative than the finish they went with.

Vince's comments during a conference all today. I don't know what to make of this comment.. Does he actually believe this?

I wanted Brock to keep the title but I am very impressed with how they handled Reigns tonight. If you gave a list of 10 possible booking scenarios for Reigns I would have chose what they did tonight 10 times out of 10. Let's just hope Rollins doesn't hold the title for too long.

Yup, I've never been to a WWE house show and don't plan on going anytime soon. I've been to a about a handful of WWE PPVs and will continue to go whenever possible.

Bryan/Orton at Night of Champions, the first PPV after Bryan was christened as a star, did a better number than the heavily promoted title unification bout at TLC. To me, when you consider how much of a one match show that card was, that Cena was missing a PPV for the first time in years and the fact that a major Mayweather fight was on the night before, that's more than enough evidence that Bryan can draw at the top.

No matter how they try to rectify the situation, barring any major changes (like Brock dropping the title), Bryan is in the outs. The headlining Mania matches are set in stone and I can't see Bryan getting a spot there. I'm really hoping they can somehow pony up to get Rock to work against Bryan because if not, he's getting a match against the likes of Sheamus, Big Show or Kane.

Anyone else think they were planning a Bryan heel turn? I mean he did fail on his own accord tonight. Plus, it would be the exact booking reaction I would expect from Vince against the backlash.

I hope WWE has the guts to finish with Bryan and Reigns as the final two.

They killed it for good reason, unfortunately they couldn't capitalize on it.

Was there any indication that Brock was turning? Did not get that notion at all.

I would be shocked if Punk/HHH doesn't headline a Wrestlemania within the next five years.
