  1. I feel that sometimes Roman is in an island in the main event scene.
  2. I found this match to be very good, really. It's hard to compare this match to their previous ones since they are different in nature, but the closing moments really got me. That knee work and the bloody nose made for an amazing last third, IMO.
  3. To be honest, the division itself isn't bad talent-wise. Not only there are the guys who WingedEagle mentioned, but Jack Gallagher (who is quickly being the most over and unique guy in the division) and Gran Metallik. Those are the guys who can make matches actually exciting and different from the rest of the roster. TJP and Kendrick are perfectly fine wrestlers, but for the "philosophy" they are trying to give the CW division, they just don't work out
  4. Neville might be the heel high-flyer the division needed, but it's hard to make him a bad guy when the crowd is chanting "THANK YOU NEVILLE" Nice to see him get good reactions though.
  5. I missed around one minute, and my clock marked 16:33. Rollins might be the biggest flop of the year.
  6. Wait, what? Why? Braun looked very strong here. He kicked out with AUTHORITY after beating the 10 count, took the Helluva Kick like a champ and it seemed like he wouldn't be down at all. Sami also looked very strong for even surviving Strowman. Everyone wins here.
  7. I cannot see this Roman/KO affair as anything other than a heel vs heel match, specially with this sort of promo package.
  8. I think it's a bit weird, because this is maybe the smallest PPV possible for this sort of match. Charlotte has her PPV streak, Sasha has the belt, and both are being treated as equals, hence why the belt traded hands so much. I wouldn't discard a draw, but if this IS the culmination to the feud, which I hope it isn't, I would go with Charlotte winning it.
  9. I want Roman to win this because he's a better wrestler and because I want to see people mad, but it's probably not going to happen, and for the sake of the - very weak - storylines going, it shouldn't. However, since Reigns is very good, I expect this match the be at least the 2nd best of the show, behind Sasha/Charlotte. Also I hope Braun doesn't lose tonight as well.

    NXT talk

Rewatching 2013 NXT and just saw this 6 Women Tag: Sasha Banks/Naomi/Cameron vs Aksana/Audrey Marie/Alicia Fox. Actually a good match, which I was a bit surprising considering the timeframe, the names involved, and Sasha as the most clean cut babyface possible. Naomi looked so good there with her hot tag. I'm happy she has progressed that much, and the same goes for Banks too. Also how weird is it to see Bo being so over after beating Bray Wyatt? Times change so fast.
  11. Heard that Gallagher is becoming one of the most over CWs, and got quite good reactions today. Is that true?

    NXT talk

I've been rewatching 2013 NXT and to be fair, he was one of the guys that stood out, and the overall product wasn't that special. It did have a distinct feel to it, and it was much more of a developmental brand than nowadays, but it's no easy feat to look your best against someone like Alex Riley or Percy Watson and having a tag team with Leo Kruger. I kinda miss how weird that show was.

    NXT talk

I'm pretty sure Chris Hero wasn't released for being fat. If you look at his last NXT TV appearance, which was in October 2013, he was in great shape, so I'm inclined to think there is a different reason other than "lol he's fat". I mean, Kevin Owens gained a lot of weight since appearing on NXT for the first time and look where he is now.

Damo is also a big, hairy dude and he doesn't seem to be wearing a body suit. Doubt Hero will get to use a different attire - or even use his previous name.

    NXT talk

Word is that Hero is coming back to WWE. Ya think it's going to be NXT or the main roster? He has excelent guys to work with in either side (him facing Sheamus or Roman would be fucking amazing), and now that he's done pretty much everything in the indies, he's even more of an addition.
  16. The wrestler I dislike the most at this point, over even guys like Rollins, Owens and Goto, is Bray Wyatt, which is a bit interesting considering his role post-brand split. He truly wasn't making it for me in-ring, nor outside it. I don't think he's a particularly good wrestler nor promo, but the worst part about his act is that he used to drag down people like Luke Harper - which to me is a better wrestler in every conceivable way possible - but now, he is actually improving. Him being in a partnership with Orton is working so damn well - he doesn't have promos that are as long, he isn't that much of a singles wrestler anymore, and most important - he looks like a proper menace instead of a fucking loser. He might surpass the other guys in a scale of love-hate by Rumble, at this rate.
  17. After Undertaker's appearance in SmackDown, I'm more inclined to think he would have a match against either AJ or Cena. Unless they can build something for Roman starting at Roadblock, the best case for him is being a third wheel in the KO/Jericho feud. Maybe a feud with Strowman for the US belt?
  18. I actually got the opposite impression, really. Until his feud with Roman, AJ wasn't getting pops as big as one would expect, Rumble debut not withstanding. His feud with Jericho, IMO, hurt him a considerable lot. I would say he's doing quite well in his feud with Ambrose/Ellsworth in terms of crowd reaction.
  19. I think the ONLY time Seth seemed like a babyface, or at least seeking redemption, was when he dove off the cage against Rusev and KO, who were assaulting Roman. Other than that, it felt like he was still his smarmy cunt persona back in his awful 2015 reign of terror, but we were supposed to cheer for him. Of all the three Shield members, I think he was the one who sunk the lowest.
  20. When he first arrived into NXT, I was actually looking forward to his work. His debut match against CJ Parker - Lord rest his soul - was impressive, he was in good shape, and the visual of him bleeding hardway was a very good first impression. With the Sami Zayn feud, he ended up looking like a monster, defeating his former best friend after referee stoppage. It was different, brutal, and made him look like a smart and brutal heel. Then the Cena feud came along, and while the promos were nice, his aura started fading away, and after that program and his losses to Balor (in also underwhelming matches), he was pretty much dead. His 2016, to me, has been the drizzling shits. Weak comedy skits with Jericho, weak matches with many different guys, and his Universal Title reign is being very, very bad. Not as bad as Rollins' reign of terror last year, but pretty damn bad. However, I created this thread because it seemed some people still rated him very highly, and I wanted to know why exactly.
  21. I'm praying Big Show and Braun have a Body Slam Challenge on TV, like they had on some house shows.
  22. After a good RAW show and a great SD PPV, how are they going to follow up their storylines? Will they keep doing those Cesaro/Sheamus skits? Charlotte/Sasha is far from being over, but are they going to mix it up? Is the BIG DAWG going to be US & Universal Champion? What will happen until Roadblock? Is JeriKO over for reals? Who's going to stand up against the Wyatt's reign of terror? Did Nattie really attack Nikki? Is Ellsworth going to win against AJ and become the WWE Champion?????? Also, I think I missed something: with the cruiserweights having their own show, do they still appear on Raw?

    WWE TLC 2016

My fucking God, Miz is at least Top 10 in the world. Those promos are just unbelievable, and the overall quality of his feud with Ziggler, while also having other great matches throughout the year, give him a career high year. Talking Smack was amazing tonight.

    WWE TLC 2016

AJ Styles is a fucking madman. Best wrestler in the world, by God. Cute butt too. Also, almost every match tonight had the heel winning, am I correct?

Nice shout out to Sabu, too. Crowd was a bit dead even with highspots, but the match itself was great.
