That doesn't change my point, Beast. He is either ignorant about what it means to be racist or making excuses.
-
The only two possible takeaways are that Meltzer really is ignorant and doesn't understand racism or he is making excuses for his racist friends and idols.
-
On today's WOL, Dave is sticking with his assertion that people who used the N word in wrestling were not racist. It was just part of the vernacular. Fucking hell. "You only used that word if you were racist or you were in wrestling. In wrestling it was a term that was used by people that were not necessarily racist, it was a wrestling term.... which doomed WCW in court." He goes on a bit more but he clearly can't wrap his head around the fact that these people were indeed racist.

It depends how far you want to go back. If you go back to Bruno... Bruno, Hogan, Austin, Cena If you start with Mania.... Hogan, Austin, Rock, Cena

I have also been behind. I have all results through the new year. I also have the NJ Super Show on 1/4 already written out. However, I don't have all the TV written out so I am behind on TV shows. I like imagining matches and writing out a full match recap but I think I am going to have to reserve that for big main events and less detail in the low card matches. Maybe, just talk about what type of match is going on. I'll probably have more interviews and vignettes to flesh out the TV.

Hansen goes for a lariat but Baba moves and Hansen rams his arm into the ring post. Back in the ring, Baba gives his monster chops to Hansen and Hansen backs off. Baba hooks Hansen’s arm and spends several minutes controlling the Texan’s arm. Every time Hansen tries to counter, Baba hooks the arm and nearly yanks it out of its socket. PTBN Reaction Show: SummerSlam 2015
goodhelmet replied to soup23's topic in Publications and Podcasts
Nobody on the show hated it. I didn't hate the show, I hated the booking but like shoe mentioned above, I hated the layout more than anything. The positives with NXT are the way they are laid out. They build and build throughout the show. WWE PPVs don't do that. -

Jerry... are you saying you were right two years ago or are right now? I disagree with modern Jerry but agree with old Jerry.

I didn't call it gayness but point taken. -
Brock Lesnar vs. Undertaker - Brock attacking Taker during the entrance is AWESOME - Taker is taking those suplexes like a man. - Taker’s offense is solid and he isn’t embarrassing himself here - The build to the F5 through the announcing table was great - Great drama in the match with a super lame finish
-
15 minute entrances and build up package
-
You're just now catching on?
-
Cesaro vs. Kevin Owens - This was fun with both guys throwing bombs at each other - The crowd hurt this match as they were not invested in the match itself. - “We want Liger” was a fun chant. - Cesaro is so awesome but the crowd was dead and burnt out on this match. If this opens the show, these guys tear the house down with a hot crowd. - This was still the 2nd best match on the show
-
Shades of Bob Backlund with that dead lift power
-
Shades of Simon Gotch... since Cesaro has charisma!!!!
-
Touche
-
They are showing replays from NXT.... but... but... but.... it's a separate universe!!!!
-
Those Cesaro section signs are lame.
