Chapter Two. "Prey on the Moon" Skinner had been given the same speech that everybody else had and has finally awaken to an open door. Although he'd spent years as a Fabulous One with a proper name, Steve Keirn, those were not pressing memories to him anymore. What concerned Skinner, the great alligator hunter, is finding something to hunt on the Moon. During his time the Moon was not habitable, so there was no prey, but time's have changed. Skinner slowly sneaked his way out of his room and saw a long empty corridor, leading to a huge open door. Making his way down the hall, being careful not to startle anything, Skinner entered the huge door to enter an extraordinary large area. It was bigger than the Pontiac Silverdome, however it wasn't really a stadium, it had a little of everything. Gardens, wooded areas, a gym, seats, and even a wrestling ring. It was clear to Skinner that it was everyone for themselves now, as he took off to the wooded area. What shocked Skinner was that it was littered with fruits and veggies, but there was no animals. No foxes, no deer, and certainly no alligators to hunt. Luckily he could survive, but is it really surviving without prey? From his hiding spot atop a tree, Skinner caught a glimpse of something out of the corner of his eye. It seemed to be some kind of vicious cat. His eyes light up with joy, as his purpose seems to be fulfilled. The hunt was finally on. Skinner quickly found the trail and followed the "beast" towards a body of water, where there it was before his eye, drinking from this lake, it was a rare and elusive BattleKat. Skinner had seen this Kat in action for a short period of time in the WWF, but never had the urge he had now. This Kat was his prey and he was going to capture it. As BattleKat retreated from the water towards the woody area again, Skinner started to work on a trap. Gathering bits and pieces from vines, and trees, as he tracked. Time had passed, but Skinner had no idea how much, before the trap was ready. By this time, BattleKat has worked his way towards the gym and others. He didn't really recognize anyone else, but he wasn't really looking, his focus was on the hunt. BattleKat seemed to have some friends here and was having a good work out, but Skinner sat and waited. He was diligent and keen. Finally everything was set into motion, as the prey wondered away from the others to the woods again. A huge "SNAP" went off and BattleKat was caught and from the sound of the scream in great pain. Skinner approached his prey with knife in hand, when a group of wrestlers ran over and blocked his path. Skinner sneaked away, but kept close enough. He looked down with dismay as BattleKat was released from his trap. It turns out he had wounded the beast, but the beast was still free. The hunt continues.

I think my issue is that there is no logical way people from different times can be in the same promotion, so I needed some kind of hook to make it make sense to me.
-
I'm doing about 15 chapters with three shows in their somewhere or 2 bigger matches, then one final show.
-
I'm not doing weekly tv, if that helps.
-
Thank you both. A few weeks is going to be many chapters, many twists and turns coming. Some future chapter titles to peak some interest include: A King tours The Kingdom, Where are We?, and A Meeting of the Minds.

Chapter One. "A Giant Awakens" Andre the Giant has just won the WWF World Heavyweight Title achieving a goal that he was longing to accomplish for years now. It was eight years prior that a young brash Hulk Hogan came into Andre's territory and tried to give him a run for his money, but he had sent him packing all the way to Hollywood. Four years later Hogan came back to his yard and was immediately given the Title. They became friends, but it was odd watching this man he could easily dismantle walk around with the biggest prize in wrestling. A prize he was never even given an opportunity to win. A prize which really should had been his. That is something he learned a few years later. Bobby Heenan, a man Andre was not very found of, was able to lift his suspension under one condition. That condition was he had to hear "The Brain", as he was known, out. He expected to hear something rather ridiculous, but it actually made a lot of sense. Hogan was walking around as the biggest star in the world, even though that spot belongs to Andre. That is when he let his "friend" Hogan know that he was indeed worthy of a title shot. In 1987, Andre received that shot and it sure seemed like he won. However the referee decided Hogan got his shoulder up at the last second, even though Andre didn't think that happened. Hogan was able to duck Andre for another year, irritating an already angry giant. That is when the richest man he ever met made him an offer he couldn't refuse. Ted DiBiase said he would get Andre that title shot, if once he won the title he gave it to him. Of course Andre would be rewarded handsomely. If this was year's earlier Andre would never consider the offer, but he was getting older and his massive frame was causing him harm just existing. Holding and defending that title may be more work than it's worth. The Main Event finally came and Andre finally achieved his goal, he had won the WWF World Heavyweight Title. The celebration was on, but it was also time to surrender that title. Weird thing though, Andre felt a bit drowsy and disoriented. The joy of winning the championship was being over taken by a weird sensation. After a few moments Andre felt something he hadn't felt in years, relief. His joints didn't hurt. His back didn't hurt. Andre, besides a light head, felt great. Maybe I won't give DiBiase the title, if this is how I feel. However, how did he feel. More importantly, where was he? He finally started to look around and noticed that he was in a small dark room laying on a pretty comfortable, but unorthodox bed. He sprang up as a hologram of a small person appeared before him. "Hello, my name is Emperor Ralph." said the hologram to Andre's shock. The clothing was bizarre and the technology was out of this world. What was happening? That is when Ralph continued "Subject F. Let me see.. oh yes, Andre the Giant. Well Giant, I would like to welcome you to your new home for the next few months. Welcome to the Moon, and, I guess, welcome to the future.". Andre didn't know what to make of this, could it be that he was on the moon in the future? This can't be happening, he was just in the ring. His thought process was interrupted by Ralph again "This may come as a shock to you and that is why this room is being filled with a pleasant gas that will help you relax and take this information in. Shortly you will fall back asleep and when you awake you will be released from this room and into the Facility where you will meet our other guests. Other wrestlers from your time. You have been brought here, because the Moon needs you badly. The citizens need a great spectacle and wrestling is the greatest spectacle the human race as ever devised." Sleep was washing over the Giant, but he had to take this all in. "When I say you have been brought here, what I mean is just your mind and just for a short period. Afterwards your mind will be wiped of this whole experience and you will return to the exact moment when time when we gathered you. It will be like none of this happened. Until that time though, enjoy the facility, and in two weeks you will compete compete in a Royal Rumble with winner becoming the King of Moon Wrestling. I hope you enjoy your stay and put on a great show." With those words, Andre fell into the deepest sleep of his life. Although he was drowsy during this speech, he took in every word and by the end he knew it was true. Andre the Giant's mind was on the Moon, in some kind of body, and was here to kick ass.

That's brutal and hard to deal with. Your stuff seems interesting, hope you can find time to write it.
-
I can get to a single show, not my main show, i think..... just a 30 person Rumble.. I guess it should be far enough long to judge if that is how people feel
-
I'm not booking a single show, I'm booking a story that builds. One month is not enough to get even close to a single show. Do the voting closer to the draft.
-
So planning out my story trying to figure this out then will start writing it out. I guess the plan now is booking (after draft obviously) over the next 3-4 months, then new draft for 93-97 with draft order picked based on voting of the booking. At least that is the plan I like.
-
I've got 30.. that means I'm done.

Maybe or I was in a super great mood the day I watched that.. that's possible too. Also it may just had stood out while watching all the other WCW junk. I enjoyed it enough though.

Shit, what I meant was he didn't get to show in the WWF how great he was in the AWA too often! Glad you enjoyed it!
-
At work without my notes...... so, no idea... damn.... 1990 Norman the Lunatic.. I don't see him, Makhan Singh/Mike Shaw/Bastion Booger/Norman the Lunatic on the list.
-
I think after the booking. Then.. the order of votes can determine draft order?
-
I don't think BattleKat and Skinner will get along very well.. no alligators on the moon, Skinner might need new prey.
-
In every single category I can think of (except tag work) it goes to AJ.
