Wow so I try really hard to not make gay jokes or insults because for 1 I was pretty sure one Admin was gay, and 2 because it's wrong I don't wanna perpetuate that(and I have been tested immensely this week too believe me). And thats how I get cut up for not liking an overrated match, as gay. And that's the whole thing when you make fun of someone calling them gay, then you kinda make a joke of some people lives. Maybe I'm more progressive on this issue than women. But thank you Jimmy for laying down exactly which opinions are factual. . Wasn't a gay joke. You implied the only reason people like the Sasha match is due to attraction to her. That comment was just a reversal of that. The fact you have to try to not do gay jokes is not progressive, but pathetic. By the way, being a sexist does not make you progressive. God damn what world did you grow up in? Gay as a put down was normal for my generation growing up untill recently. And now I try not to because it was ingrained in me, in sports and shit. And really he says I want to fuck Roman and Brock that wss meant as insulting but it doesn't hurt me. Well maybe it does actually, and then you gotta pile on top saying I'm pathetic for trying to change? And you're perfect morally I bet without trying. Any non watcher of wrestling that saw that on TV would still think it was SEX and make similar judgments, especially women themselves would call them skanks out of jealousy or whatever. Why am I even talking about this, match was average at best with dudes, girls or Bruce Jenners wrestling. Wow. So when someone watches Bayley-Sasha they think of sex, but watching Roman-Brock they do not? Also I may gay jokes when I was a kid, now I am an adult and have grown up and realize how insanely stupid it is.

Those are really amazing lines.

I'll throw out some ideas. Rumble: Still faces Bret, but Luger wins Rumble. Some point Luger turns heel and so at Mania it's heel Luger vs Diesel. Diesel vs Shawn could be at the first IYH instead of Mania. KOTR could be vs Sid here, after Sid turned on Shawn. Why not have babyface 1-2-3 Kid win the KOTR in an upset role? IYH2 could have Diesel/Shawn vs Sid/Bigelow (Million Dollar Corp.) SummerSlam Diesel goes over Kid, with Diesel playing quasy heel. IYH3 could have Diesel/Shawn vs Kid/Ramon. IYH4 could have the Diesel-Razor match finally with Razor being the heel turning on Kid for hogging the spotlight and maybe pinning Diesel at the last IYH. Survivor Series loses to Bret. Would this be better to get Diesel over? Not sure. Would it produce better matches? Hell yes!

Makin a Case for Randy Savage as the Greatest Wrestler Ever

We will hook those up for sure1 -
I loved that tag feud last time I saw it and made a playlist this summer to re-watch it, but never got to it.

Except, it was absolutely different in the WWE as of a year or two ago. At one point, the women were told not to hit as hard as the men, etc. Saying I don't like WWE divas wrestling during that time is one thing. Saying I don't like women's wrestling in general is just weird.
-
I love Foley, but that post to me is just shilling socks and mentioning that someone suggested him for a storyline and got shot down. It seems to be the opinion of most people who watch Raw, so it's not like anything he said was incredibly false or anything.

So you come into a poll thread for what purpose then? If you haven't seen the match then you have nothing to add. Also, what do you have against women's wrestling?

Watching Andre is always a joy and this is a younger and in good shape Andre in a cowboy vest. Early on we are going through armlocks and standing counter wrestling. Andre is pretty good at this and it's real neat to see a situation where normally the guy would be tripped and brought to the mat, but with Andre being so big it just slows the momentum and leans him back a little. Seiji starts to pick up the pace with a barrage of chops and slaps, which are sold well, but one Andre headbutt and Seiji goes down. I love these moments in Andre matches where it shows how much of a force he is. Back to holds and Seiji goes for a grab the head with the legs and flip him over move only to be slammed. Andre works the arm more, but Seiji grabs the head again with the legs and can get him over this time because Andre was already leaning. Such a cool spot. After a bit of the submission Andre reach the ropes and Seiji doesn't let him up but hits a barrage of MMA type knees. Like in UFC when you try to keep someone down. Actually there is great struggle in this match. You wouldn't compare it to MMA, but there is that essence of it being a fight but with wrestling moves. Big bump by Andre over the top, such a great contrast to his bump in 1989 Survivor Series. .Seiji from there has Andre hurt and is trying to figure out a way to put away the Giant, but stay away. Adds great drama, until an Andre big boot and big splash gets two. Seji is able to get Andre tied up in the ropes and just nails him, until Andre's manager pulls him out of the ring. From there the manager slaps the shit out of him and Andre comes over and holds him to do that. That gives the double countout. Post match Seiji makes a comeback and celebrates his draw. Really awesome stuff and it's fun to see Andre do these more traditional matches, but with the giant twist. ****

Modern video game type wrestling certainly exists, but it is not all current wrestling. There is lots of great old school feeling stuff out there, you just have to look for it. That is why I hate when people say it's the new style and you just have to accept it.
-
It can ruin the finish sure, but the whole match? The problem is not it ruining the match, but saying I can't suspend disbelief for this match, due to the post match? What about the first time it was watched?
-
It's what they did after the first match. Then they did the Dragonball storyline of the heel becoming good after losing to Goku/Bayley (both the post match and the build up to the second match seemed to indicate this) only for Sasha to turn again during the match and then turn back after the match. That's a lot closer to how TNA would book something than great narration. I don't think any of the hugging was supposed to be part of the storyline. It's just another example of a shoot moment the WWE has no problem showing in 2015 Why? See if they bothered to make a distinction between what's the "storyline" and what's not I could accept it. But they don't. Is twitter a vehicle for them to run storylines or can wrestlers act like actors on it? Wrestling has treated the post-match as a part of its sphere forever (this includes NXT too) and now they want to treat it like threater? It's an inconsequentialism on their part. That happened after the match. During the match why coudln't you or did the post match retroactively ruin the match?

You forgot the third category. Guys who not only keep the outfit and look, but go as far as to change their name to their team name. Category of one, Davey Boy! -

Bulldog seems to be the clear winner. -
Hmm... I made my statements about Flair and have watched all of that stuff within the last few years.

I just think Bayley-Sasha is a better match. If Brock-Roman had a proper great finish then maybe it would had pushed it past it, but it didn't. The finish was shit. Also, I enjoyed the story of Bayley-Sasha better. The crowd was better. The finish was better. All around a better match.
