It's def. not gloom and doom. (Not saying anyone here is saying that) TNT sent out out another press release touting the ratings for this week. The TNT twitter account is constantly talking about Punk, etc. They seem to be thrilled with the results they are getting.

I know a lot people were excited about the Miz feud in 2018 but honestly Bryan lost too much and was constantly out fooled by Miz at every turn. It could have been so much better. And the blowoff came on one of the Super shows in Australia in a 3 minute match with .Bryan winning on a flash pin

So it sounds like they are repeating the Daniel Bryan story yet again? Bryan getting squashed in seconds at WM 28 by Sheamus. Although Bryan was a heel then and wouldn't officially turn face till that fall

Yup, PWI is reporting Becky is going to be the top heel in th women's division on Smackdown. so yeah, there's no way she is getting booed, right? Fans love her

Brock/Roman at the next blood money show in October? Although already did that one at a Saudi show in 2018

Becky was supposed to come back in October but I guess with all that's gone down recently they thought they had to smash the Becky emergency glass case

Slightly off topic I guess but I can remember Meltz in late 2013/early 2014 making ominous/cryptic statements about Punk and Bryan not being as over as it seemed on tv. I think wwe probably leaked that to Dave because they knew there would be a fan backlash for Bryan not being scheduled for a main event match for Mania 30 ( or Punk either I guess). They wanted to quell the fan revolt before it started. Didn't work but I think that was their plan

"Punk wasn't over as much as he thought he was" or "Punk wasn't as over as Cena". i can remember back in 2014 Meltz saying he was told those exact things by .WWE higher ups (sources) so yeah it was just .Roman parroting what the company line has been for years. people will probably forget about this tomorrow anyway

Also the wwe hardcores are mad at Dave (as usual) because he said the big SD number was artificially propped up by the preseason NFL games

Wonder if this will affect the women's division as well. Will they go back to the divas era or a combination of the divas/modern era? Or stay course?

As already mentioned they still have a bunch of big guys on the main roster that they haven't been able to make stars so even with NXT now being about muscleheads I don't think it's guaranteed anything really changes
