Yup "top" merch seller through me off I guess.
-
Interesting on twitter Dave said Ambrose is the top merch seller among babyfaces for the company. I'm assuming he's counting Reigns as a babyface here

Shane doing a podcast on 23rd this month hosted by Mick Foley!?!? Austin on the outs with WWE again?
-
Ratings went up pretty significantly. Ha this McMahon stuff will never end
-
I think it's pretty obvious Vince feels that way. Shane got maybe less than 10 minutes screen time while Steph got probably 25. I think Vince sees her as a necessity on wwe programming. I don't quite understand it. It's probably because she is supposed to be the next corporate face of the company. I still think it's ridiculous she is pushed this hard and her character is beyond stale. Really could do without both of them at this point
-
Stephanie is being portrayed as the biggest star in the promotion at this point. I don't even think it's even that arguable right now
-
Dave corrected himself on Ryback/Kalisto in his daily update
-
Meltz seems to be implying the Steph/Shane thing was a panic over the ratings. I doubt that was the original plan
-
Ha they couldn't even wait till tomorrow to start mcmahonmania.
-
Stephanie is probably the most stale character in wrestlng right now. The fact she just couldn't go away for a good while is pretty disgusting
-
I called it the second this segment was announced. Just unbelievably lame. I hate this
-
Corbin v Ziggler has been moved to the pre show. I'd be shocked if the McMahon segment doesn't end with Vince saying Shane and Steph have to run Raw together. We all know it's coming
-
I liked Dean cracking up in the background during that segment Becky and Sasha have been pretty much non-existent since Mania. "New era" and all and I just have this feeling they are going to stretch this fucking Stephanie and Shane deal out all summer. I mentioned before but it seems obvious they are are going to have both of them run the show "in competition" with each other Does anyone really want to see this shit anymore? I think the casual fan is even sick of the Authority. Just please end this shit

https://twitter.com/LanaWWE/with_replies yeah so pretty sure Lana got implants. Dear God. Don't think anyone has to bug Dave on twitter anymore
-
At the tapings tonight during their promo Flair flubbed and 'accidentally" told Natalya to "kill herself"
-
Jericho once again gets the crowd into a segment with his mic work. He still knows how to get stuff over. He's one of the top mic workers in the company. They are going to do something lame like have Shane and Stephanie run the show together together (sshh they actually already did that in 2008/2009) aren't they? Payback the first PPV of the "new" era? Yeah that what they said in the voice over promo
-
his belly was huge which made him look less impressive I guess. Didn't realize he was in Pee Wee's Big Adventure
-
I had forgotten how close she was with the Foley family. I think Mick noted that she used to come to their house and watch WWE events up until at least this past summer. They have to be devastated now

Stephanie McMahon @StephMcMahon 3m3 minutes ago I just heard the tragic news that @ChynaJoanLaurer has passed. She was truly a pioneer in our industry, and she will be missed. #RIPChyna btw, I don't think people realize how popular she was during the attitude era. It's 15 + plus years ago now but she had a recurring role on Third Rock from the Sun in 99/2000 which was a top 10 rated show on network TV at the time. She was all over the entertainment magazine shows and talk show circuit as well. At one point she was even rumored for the female lead in the 3rd Terminator film
-
this is incredibly sad. She just couldn't turn her life around this past decade or so. RIP

Man, Dave and Bryan destroyed the Miz TV segment last night. Man I must be in the minority. Miz and Maryse were great. Also Dave implying Cesaro has a massive challenge in getting a good match out of Miz at the PPV. Ouch.

[1992-09-15-WWF-Primetime Wrestling] Ric Flair vs Randy Savage
Strummer replied to Loss's topic in September 1992
Well I always thought Bret winnng the world title was a last minute decision so they didn't have everything planned out for his reign. If they knew he was going to be world champion back in April 92 then yeah they could have planned the Jake match for Survivor Series- 15 replies

[1992-09-15-WWF-Primetime Wrestling] Ric Flair vs Randy Savage
Strummer replied to Loss's topic in September 1992
I think Dave had his time frames mixed up with Jake because he was in WCW in fall of 92. The only thing I can think of was he meant it was on the books for Summerslam 92 before Jake left and it was for the IC title. It would have been great for Bret if all that happened but no way Warrior would have lost much less submit clean in the middle of the ring. And we know the story of Hogan and Summerslam 93- 15 replies

[1992-09-15-WWF-Primetime Wrestling] Ric Flair vs Randy Savage
Strummer replied to Loss's topic in September 1992
I was just watching a random Wrestling Challenge from late Sept. 92 and there was a Savage/Warrior promo where they hint that Warrior is going after Flair's title. I don't recall them teasing that direction at all but clearly the plan was for Warrior to be champion. Dave basically confirmed that on the Lapsed Fan. Imagine if we ended up with Yokozuna/Warrior at WM had everything not gone to pieces.- 15 replies
