Tim Evans
I can't get over how much Bob Backlund was over in Japan. I liked how he tried to keep the crowd quiet and then went to shake Saturn's hand. Fun match that wasn't long and had a hot crowd.

Duggan, Estrada and Kamala get top marks for randomness. The native team makes sense in that one though. Here you've got 6 foreign wrestlers in Japan for starters. The Eliminators and Garza were practically unknowns in Japan and had nothing to do with each other. On the other side 3 randomly assigned legends. Even weirder considering Garza back then was as white meat babyface as it gets. How about this one? PeteF3
Weird as fuck, and it's probably for the best that this is in highlight form. But gosh darnit, it's hard not to feel affection for this match with the crowd so into it and the youngsters so willing to bump like loons for the old guys' trademark offense. Backlund forcing Saturn into trying the short arm scissor/one-arm Gotch lift spot right in the middle of the finishing sequence doesn't say much for Bob's psychology expertise.
