Cactus cuts a fired up German promo before the match, which is awesome. But we all know why this is here. Buh-bye, Cactus ear.

Promo in German! Vader tries to interrupt by firing a chair near Jack's head. Never seen this footage. I keep waiting and waiting for it to happen and there it is. I still can't believe Cactus continues on with the match. The referee doesn't seem all that sympathetic.

The best part of this was Mick screaming German at Vader. His ear of course is left behind there.

Didn't know footage of this exists. Crazy that Cactus continued after the incident and they did a good job of ending it rather quickly.

Mick wrote about this on his Facebook this weekend, since it's been 20 years since the match. He had some very nice words towards Leon, saying that he should absolutely be in the WWE HOF (to which I agree with whole-heartedly).

Anyone who's read Foley's book knows the full story of what happened here. You can literally see the ear falling off after Cactus gets back in the ring and is throwing punches at Vader. Not much of a match but one of the defining moments of Foley's career.
