Loss Posted June 1, 2012 Author Report Posted June 1, 2012 The famed MAINSTREAM EXPOSURE that all the kids talk about. Quote
Kevin Ridge Posted June 3, 2012 Report Posted June 3, 2012 Shaq looking very trim. Thrilling stuff. Heenan tries to compare Shag to five foot three Muggsy Bogues. Quote
Exposer Posted June 11, 2012 Report Posted June 11, 2012 This was back when Shaq was an athlete. And this sucked. Quote
soup23 Posted June 17, 2012 Report Posted June 17, 2012 Shaq puts over Hogan, pretty good get for WCW to be honest because I would equate shaq at this time to be someone like Blake Griffin now. Quote
El-P Posted December 3, 2012 Report Posted December 3, 2012 Shaq was relevant. Mr. T, not so much... Quote
PeteF3 Posted May 2, 2014 Report Posted May 2, 2014 Man, how did I not realize what a blatant ripoff of "Real American" this entrance music was. Noticeable boos for Hulk's promo, which puts over WCW but really says very little. Flair cuts in from the video wall and screams at him. This is very 1998 Crazy Old Man Flair, and he's one breath away from taking off his robe and elbowdropping it. The talk in the Unification Match thread about Flair trying too hard also rings true here. Backstage (or somewhere else pre-taped, most likely) Hulk and Shaq both have words for us. Not that this moves the needle or anything by itself, but Shaq is as good of a celebrity "get" as WCW has had since LT in 1990. Quote
