Flair vs Sting got 60% of the vote to headline the show. Hey, there's Jean Paul Leveque in his lime green trunks! Short match. Hogan sits at ringside. One of my favorite goofy finishes of all time, as "Charlie Chaplin" interferes and goes after Sting's eyes. It's so obvious it's Sherri and when we see who it is, Hogan is completely shocked. This gives Flair the opening to go after Hogan's knee, but Mr. T quickly makes the save. Fuck that mess, Flair should have done the beatdown.

Triple H in the background as Flair comes out. Hogan makes his own appearance to sit ringside for the match. The Flair flop was pretty ridiculous. Heenan making sense that Hogan would want Sting to be chosen to soften Flair up. Very short match between the two. Such a convincing costume by Sherri as she interferes in match. Not wearing her usual makeup. Mr. T comes down to rescue Hogan.

This was pretty entertaining for the most part but I do wish Flair got to succeed in the beat down as well. Sherri dressed as Charlie Chaplin was absurd. The match was short and nothing special.

Short match and the Sherri interaction was stupid and doesn't make Flair look strong at all.

One week before the biggest match in the history of our sport, Flair plays total bitch to Sting, gets no offense in, Sherri disguised as a guy because she was banned from ringside (while Hogan of course can sit right before the ring, what an asshole), Mr. T saves Hogan from a Flair beatdown. Well, didn't take long to turn into complete shitty booking.

Hey, Terra Ryzing. Flair is begging off literally from the start of the match. Great. Heenan's rants about what an injustice this is to the Heavyweight champ are pretty classic Brain. All that's missing is something something "fair to Flair." Sting throws Flair around the ring at will and has him beaten with the Scorpion, when a Vladimir Lenin-looking dude gouges Sting's eyes, the power of which are such as to knock him out of the match with Regal at Bash at the Beach. Of course the real reason that it's Sherri dressed as a man is to give Hulk an excuse to beat her up. Flair's about to snap Hogan's knee when Mr. fucking T makes the save. Jesus. I have to admit this was a hot segment, but the bad parts are really, really bad.
