Loss
Talk about it here.
Loss
Ole Anderson's first weekend with the book. Of course, Mr. Wrestling II gets a name drop right away. Ole quickly points out that Luger will get more title shots. Jim Ross points out that there is a surprise for the Horsemen later in the program. Flair and Ole try bullying him into getting an answer. PeteF3
The Horsemen are done talking about title shots for Luger and for Sting, and demand to know what information Ross has that's apparently a "surprise" for the Horsemen. soup23
Pretty quick segment teasing a surprise for the Horseman. Interesting to see how Ole does as a booker.
Kevin Ridge
Ole and Flair interrupt Ross. Anderson wants to know about this big surprise that Ross knows about. J.R. pushing his luck here by provoking Ole.
Cox
There's a surprise waiting for Ric Flair and the Horsemen later on in the program. I shudder to think at what that might be.
garretta
Interesting that JR seldom acts cowed by the Horsemen even at their most intimidating. Contrast that with Okerlund, who almost always goes to pieces if the heels so much as breathe too close to him. Can't wait for the surprise! drew wardlaw
Oh okay, that's right, Ole has taken over, so this is when WCW goes downhill. I think I remember Thunderbolt Patterson coming in at one point too?
GSR
Jim Ross was about to talk about Mr Wrestling II when he’s interrupted by Ole Anderson and Ric Flair, who tell him to forget about Wrestling II as they want to talk to him for a few minutes. Ole says how Ross has been out here talking about a big surprise he’s got for the Horsemen and Ric Flair and wants to know what it is. Ross thinks being obtuse is the way to go and says that if he tells them the surprise then it wouldn’t be a surprise would it? Ole tells him to cut the crap and they just want to know what he knows that they don’t. Ross starts to beat around the bush again and Flair tells him that the Horsemen are busy people and wants to know what he and Turner have in store for them. Ross says that he would love to tell them but they’ve got to take a station break. Didn’t like Ross attitude in this. You’ve got the top heels wanting answers and here he is being all smug, standing up to them and back chatting. At least show you are slightly worried by their presence Jim!
