Loss
Talk about it here.
Loss
Luger is still upset about being jumped in the parking lot. This angle feels cold, even though all the right people seem to be involved in the top angle. I do like how the Horsemen previously denied any involvement, because I couldn't help but think how jumping someone in a parking lot is a crime and should probably result in an arrest. PeteF3
Somehow I think the "line" that's crossed in professional sports is somewhere well before you get to jumping people in parking lots. Standard babyface promo from both men.
soup23
I didn't like this at all. Sting looked weird and nonchalant and Luger looked like he was trying his damnedest to remember his lines.
Kevin Ridge
Luger and Sting ready to cross the same line as the Horsemen. Lex just seems to be just there at this point.
garretta
If you're going to do an angle like this, film it. The promos after the fact are decent, but it's hard to get fans emotionally involved in an angle that they never saw take place, even if it involves Sting, Luger, and the Horsemen. We don't even know which Horsemen actually did the beating; it's almost like they developed the angle in the back ten minutes before a taping started, then told Luger to sell it as best he could. An inexcusable lack of detail from Ole, who should know exactly how an angle like this is supposed to go. They're starting to need Dusty back in Atlanta in a big way. drew wardlaw
Not a lot of fire or urgency here, for someone that just got jumped and wants revenge. I would have loved to see this as a really heated blood feud, since all the other matches were built around the title. I mean, I guess that's where we're headed here but it doesn't quite feel like it.
GSR
Sting and Lex Luger are with Jim Ross. Sting says that the Horsemen tried to put him out of wrestling five months ago and now they’re resorting to jumping people like Lex Luger in parking lots. The Total Package has broken his silence and now he’s getting ticked off, letting it all hang out and that’s and that’s bad for the Horsemen. Luger says that you have to draw the line somewhere in competitive sports. The Horsemen crossed that line and if they want to jump people in parking lots, if they want to hurt people, if they want to throw the rule book out, well Sting and he can do the same damn thing. People are going to get hurt and Lex Luger is going to return their message with a great big answer.
dawho5
I'm guessing Lex wasn't feeling all that motivated after all the BS he went through just or Sting to come back on top. Ole's run as booker is not looking too good.
