It's so obvious Ole is doing the voice for the Black Scorpion.

 

Sid quickly interrupts Sting's interview. The Black Scorpion comes into the ring. Brian Pillman is out to even the sides before anything happens. Weird, and it seemed like everyone missed their cues.

And from the gestures in this clip, I'm about 80% sure that it's Ole under the hood as well.

 

Awkward segment all around.

This shit sucked. Scorpion has to be so careful not to reveal anything that it looks awful and ended up looking like kids doing a junior high play and waiting for the director to yell the next line off stage.

I fell asleep during this portion of the disc and had a very strange mini-dream in which someone with the Black Scorpion's voice stalked me in a parking garage. As with the program, the dream offered very little payoff.

 

Seriously, what an emascualting storyline to throw on your new champion.

In the ring, Sting does an interview and wants a piece of Sid now. Black Scorpion tries to hit Sting from behind. He’s not too fast about it though as both Ross and Pillman alert Sting to Scorpion’s presence.

If I was Sting, I'd have it narrowed down to one of the Horsemen. Seriously, who else does the Scorpion mention during his interviews? The Horsemen, specifically Sid. Either this guy is one of the Horsemen or knows their ins and outs. If it had been played out that way, instead of Flair having to put the body suit on at Starrcade because they couldn't get anyone else to do it, maybe this whole angle would have been remembered at least a little more fondly.

 

I seriously can't believe that Ole would propose something like this, even in jest, and have no better of an idea than he did of how to pull it off if he had to. The man flat out sucks as a booker, period.

Is Ole out there in the ring now too? He should have just been the Scorpion the whole time.
