Loss
I like how this was a crazy brawl that eventually settled down into a wrestling match, then escalated again. Ken Timbs sure can fire up a crowd. Dandy and Satanico have even more great exchanges, which eventually turns into bloody brawling. These guys are ridiculously great pro wrestlers, and singlehandedly turn this into a phenomenal trios. The others are good, but this is really cover for a Dandy/Satanico match, which I'll gladly take. Can't wait for the hair match!
PeteF3
The 3rd fall definitely belonged to Dandy and Satanico, as this turned into an epic bloody brawl climaxing with a crunchy Dandy dive onto Satanico on the floor. The 3rd fall ending is anticlimactic as hell which keeps this from being among the high-end trios bouts of the year. I was also hoping to see a little more from MS-1, but he seemed to be the least of the 6 guys in this match.
soup23
One of my favorite trios for the year. First two caidas were a good showcase for everyone and Timbs stooging around looking for a tag in the second caida was great. Third fall the real issue at hand (Dandy/Satanico) takes center stage. Dandy hits a gusher and the matches turns from fun to great.
Kevin Ridge
Satanico and Dandy continue their feud big time with of them bloodied up. Other wrestlers are alright but match is a different level when Satanico and Dandy square off.
garretta
This match settled around two pairings: Dandy/Satanico (which was phenomenal) and Mendoza/Timbs (which held its own quite well). I loved Timbs' southern-style stooging and bumping, and Dandy and Satanico brought the blood and violence. I can't say much for the rest; we barely saw Chicana and MS-1, and the simultaneous pins such as the ones in the first two falls are a fatal flaw for me in this style; if I have to have my eyes in two places at once to catch all the important action, there's something wrong with the way the match is booked, and I don't give a damn how long it's been done or what lucha tradition dictates. That said, I'm looking forward to the Dandy/Satanico hair match too.
dawho5
I'm pretty sure at this point in time Dandy vs. Satanico has surpassed Santo vs. Casas as a rivalry for me. These two are amazing pro wrestlers.
Chess Knight
Awesome mix of chaotic all-over-the-place brawling, and then a fairly traditional trio, then even more chaotic all-over-the-place brawling. Satanico and Dandy are obviously at each others’ throats for a lot of it and you can guess what I thought of that. Some of their exchanges were actually even more intense and violent than in the October super libre match, which makes me giddy as a child on eight kilograms of ice cream for their hair match. Sangre Chicana was so fucking good. Smooth as silk on some cool, bizarre Lucha offense and an absolutely all time great seller. Mendoza kicking Blondy’s ass was a lot of fun. Blondy didn’t strike me as a very good worker with fundamentals, but had a strong personality, and when stooging he felt a bit like the EMLL answer to Bobby Heenan (though nowhere near the bumper Heenan was). Unfortunately, I was a little deflated by the end of this. The violence between Dandy and Satanico was incredible to the point where I was thinking I would rank it ahead of the super libre match, but then it just kind of ends with Blondy of all people getting his hand raised. With a heavy third fall thrown in I may have called this a MOTYC. As it is though, still a heavy hitter and a fantastic continuation of maybe the two best wrestlers in the world at the time chewing at each others’ bloody foreheads. I could watch it again right now and enjoy it just as much.
