Video hyping the incoming Texas Hangmen, with clips from what appears to be Puerto Rico. What the hell is that song? I'm looking forward to seeing more of them, as they look like a solid team in these clips.

It's a self-produced song they had commissioned, since the lyrics specifically mention Psycho and Killer. They're not the greatest lost mid-card tag team ever, but this was always a gimmick that I've liked and they really stood out in the moribund 1990 AWA.

The repeat a lot of the same match footage during the music video. Not the best editing but the music seems to fit them. Hangmen are wearing Demolition type hoods.

I liked the song a good deal also and thought this was a goody introductory video for the Hangman.

There was a local masked team in Green Bay 10 years ago called "The Southern Mississippi Militia" - the buzz in the stands was it was the Hangmen under a new gimmick.

A step above the usual USWA music videos, which all seem to feature both music and footage from four or five years before. I'd have gone for more of a country flavor than heavy metal, since they're supposed to be from Texas, but it's hard to turn down a free song, especially one that was commissioned by the wrestlers themselves.

 

I couldn't understand the brief promo at the end, but that's mostly because the music drowned it out. It'll be interesting what these guys bring to the Tennessee/Texas feud.
