Harvey Schiller told Bischoff the week before he was banned from WCW events, but here he is. They get to brass taxes about the Dennis Rodman rumors. Hogan confirms the rumors are true -- Dennis Rodman has joined the NWO. Sting is still there and still staring into nowhere. Hogan gives him his NWO t-shirt after Bischoff apologizes for not giving him his shirt the week before. I like this because it's more of a team promo, and the Outsiders and Savage get time to talk up their feuds too. Savage is still acting like he doesn't know DDP's name at this point. Nash is pantomiming a blowjob at fans in the background for some reason.

This was a good around the world style NWO interview that hit on all the big themes. Sting receives his colors. Nash and Hall discuss the Steiners, and Savage cant remember DDP's name. All the while Buff has his workout equipment.

Nash and Hall might be jawing with the fans coming off their appearance on the MTV edition of Souled Out where they got legit pissed at some fans throwing stuff at the stage. I forgot to mention it and it would probably be hell to track down but it would have been cool to include it as mainstream crossover.

Bischoff no-selling the suspension was odd. DiBiase is officially as useless as Vincent, which is sad. Good team promo, Hogan being the standout. Nash was sooooo wasted. Savage was fun and Liz looked hot as usual in the nWo dress. Sting standing in the middle of an unsuspecting pack is cool. Way too many bodies though, diluting the star power of the faction, it really shows here as the B players don't say anything because they basically have no purpose.

Awesome helicopter shot overhead on Club La Vella. Randy Anderson made his return tonight, which I had no memory of--just Flair reinstating him a year and a half later. Savage soundbites have now been added to the NWO theme. Hogan goes out of his way to bring Virgil over to put his arm around him, an image that's hilarious now. Hogan announces the official signing of "the real Hot Rod," Dennis Rodman, and he will be at Uncensored. Sting gets his colors, but continues not to react or put the shirt on. Nash is completely sloshed--even more than Hall, as they both make semi-coherent threats toward the Steiners. DDP's face push continues, as he draws chants just for the NWO tacitly acknowledging him.

Not a lot new under the sun here, but nice to see Hogan take a backseat and work with the other top NWO guys to get their programs over.
