Tommy Dreamer is back out later in the show to attack all the security guys and wreck the studio. He even piledrives a referee! Lance Russell and Tommy Dreamer is a weird collision of wrestling worlds.

It was amusing that he is beating up these USWA officials in suits. Some of these guys are old also. He thrashes the studio but then you have these legit security guards for crowd control just standing there doing nothing.

Seeing Dreamer as a heel who destroys a set and attacks non-wrestlers just seems wrong.

Good tear apart of the studio that needed to be over the top to get Dreamer over as serious. This ending the show on an appropriate tone. Maybe USWA isn't dead just yet.

Good, chaotic finish to the show. Dreamer destroys all the old guys in suits, drops an office chair on Bill Rush, piledrives him on the floor, then clobbers Commissioner Elliot Pollock with a steel chair. Lance's indignance is classic: "THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A GREAT ATHLETE?!"

 

This was a good last-gasp effort from the dying territory, but the most telling part of all this is that the studio audience is almost 100% cheering for Dreamer.

Completely ridiculous as it goes forever, security guys don't do shit while Dreamer is destroying the set and punching guys left and right ! Finally he piledrives a referee to the floor. Pretty funny actually as you feel Dreamer was running out of things to do, so what the hell ! People are actually chearing him too. Well, at least something was happening in Memphis as it was pretty much a zombi promotion. Lance is still great though.
