JazeUSA
My favorite version of the team
goodhelmet
I am old so for me, the MX will always be Condrey-Eaton. I am not Johnny Sorrow old so I am not including the Condrey-Norvell version but Condrey-Eaton are awesome.
Johnny Sorrow
I am old so for me, the MX will always be Condrey-Eaton. I am not Johnny Sorrow old so I am not including the Condrey-Norvell version but Condrey-Eaton are awesome. Unknown to most, besides old guys like me, the original MXE were Rikki Starr and Wilbur Snyder managed by Bobby Davis. It's a forgotten short lived team with no footage available. broccoman
Eaton/Lane is my favorite as well. I'd probably take Condrey over Lane as a tag wrestler with a random generic partner, but feel Lane was a better Midnight Express half for some reason, probably Charisma/style- he just fit what I thought the Midnight Express should be better. Timbo Slice
I just watched a lot of ME going through the old WCW PPVs and they were superb in this incarnation. I know people prefer Condrey but I think Eaton and Lane were the better team. I think I might have these guys in my Top 10 when it's all said and done. El-P
After a while, even I got used to Lane's idiotic kicks. Awesome team of course.
van_Fair
Well I don't think I have to worry these guys not making it onto the list. But still some discussion is nice. They really perfected the art of the TV tag match. Just take this example from 1990 against the Steiners for the US tag titles. Stuff like that puts them on top for me. Not just do you have great stuff at big shows, you also have great matches almost every time they step in the ring, no matter the size of the show. Wade Garrett
I'm a Condrey & Eaton guy 1st. With that said Lane & Eaton will be on this list and in the top half.
