Joey Abs helps Rodney neutralize Test before the match. Test makes a big comeback and destroys poor Rodney as part of his pledge to go through everyone in the Mean Street Posse to get his hands on Shane McMahon. Test works on Rodney's arm, but some of that is lost with the announcers hyping the main event instead of calling the match. They eventually catch on, and Test's goal here seems to be to take him out to clear the way for Shane. It looks like Joey Abs is next. Good booking. Test was still green and it was a slow-building thing, but this storyline did get over.

This was another instance of something being much better than it had any right to be. Rodney doesn't know how to take the bump with his arm hammerlocked behind his back but if you can get by that, it is a fun, angle advancing TV match

Really like how this match was worked. In a squash you'll usually have a guy hitting all his signature moves but instead of that Test decides to focus on the arm and get a submission victory. Good looking beat down and Test looked strong.

Test looked like a bad ass going through the Posse. Actual arm work in 1999 WWF. Who would have thought it?

Test is systematically defeating each member of the Posse and is paving the way where he can attack Shane. Good work and he made his offense look impressive here. *1/2

Test borrows a tack from the Big Boss Man's dealings with the Heenan Family. First he broke Pete Gas' ribs, then he absolutely brutalizes Rodney and destroys his arm every way he knows how. A stunningly fun squash match that does everything it needs to do. One of 1999's most coherent storylines continues.
