JerryvonKramer
1:24:23 - Will clearly calls Taker vs. Brock "the main event".
Grimmas
1:24:23 - Will clearly calls Taker vs. Brock "the main event". That was billed as the main event on TV and the most hyped thing. Different than NXT where both matches were treated as the main events. On SummerSlam if Cena-Rollins went on last it would had been strange. On NXT either could had went on last and nobody would had blinked.
JerryvonKramer
Yes, but he specifically took time out earlier in the show to take a shot and insist that Cena-Rollins was a co-main event. I will not let this go until Will admits that going on last holds real significance for fans. http://www.cagesideseats.com/2015/8/23/9193819/wwe-nxt-takeover-main-event-sasha-banks-vs-bayley '"Co-main eventing" isn't something revolutionary. Main eventing is' - well said that man!

On NXT either could had went on last and nobody would had blinked. The Bayley match didn't go on last and people DID blink. That's the better argument. shoe
I like how Will and Parv's argument is encompassing multiple shows. Plus it's a really uninteresting argument. I was hoping you guys would have talked about how HHH out Vinced Vince with booking a show that ran the night before a WWE ppv in the same town. Plus the NXT show ran long. This was straight out of Vince vs Crockett's in Philly. Except Vince got all the money here.
shoe
Zellner's Silas Young's boys cracked me up.
shoe
Plus Will is right this would have been a much easier show if the order was different.
Grimmas
I was hoping for more anger. I think I hated this show more than anybody in the world. Fuck SummerSlam.
goodhelmet
Nobody on the show hated it. I didn't hate the show, I hated the booking but like shoe mentioned above, I hated the layout more than anything. The positives with NXT are the way they are laid out. They build and build throughout the show. WWE PPVs don't do that.
