spaldoni
Oh man, the Bulldogs have a lot of teams gunning for them. House of Humperdink is so crazy that the Briscos wanted nothing to do with them LOL. Tonga's reign was a short one and I wouldn't want to be in Gino's shoes. Wahoos Leg
Mid-Atlantic Championship Wrestling RETURNS from its hiatus on March 15, with Title Night 85! Don't miss this huge event from the Park Center in beautiful Charlotte, NC! Here are the announced matches. MAIN EVENT, for the Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Title Gino Hernandez (w/ JJ Dillon & Miss Elizabeth) defends vs Paul Orndorff Gorgeous Gino might be on the biggest hot streak of any wrestler in the country. He is looking to make a statement against Orndorff, perhaps the most popular wrestler in the territory. Will it be a Wonderful victory for the challenger? For the United States Title Masked Superstar (w/ JJ Dillon) defends vs Battle Royal winner The masked man scored a stunning victory last month at one of our live events. Superstar claims he wants to be a fighting champion so he has agreed to defend the title against the winner of a 20-man, over the top rope battle royal also taking place on this card. For the Mid-Atlantic Tag Titles British Bulldogs defend vs The Minnesota Wrecking Crew Davey Boy Smith and Dynamite Kid currently sit atop a loaded tag division chockful of hungry and dangerous challengers. No team is hungrier or more dangerous than the duo of Arn and Ole Anderson. Will "Rule Britannia" continue? Or can the Andersons dethrone the champs? For the Mid-Atlantic TV Title Duke Myers defends vs Jimmy Golden After surprising Golden to win the title with a small package last month, Duke showed he was just as formidable as a singles competitor as he was in the tag ranks. Golden thinks Myers' win was a fluke. Champion and former champion go head to head in this rematch! But will the numbers game of the Stud Stable be too much to overcome? Special Attraction: C.R. vs Brett Wayne Sawyer A masked man known only as C.R. has been wreaking havoc on Mid-Atlantic TV in recent weeks. Brett Wayne Sawyer has had enough. These two meet head to head! Special Attraction: Jimmy Valiant vs Nikolai Volkoff No titles on the line but this battle between two of Mid-Atlantic's best will play a huge role in the contender rankings. Valiant has put his "Reverend" days behind him and returned to the Boogie Woogie persona of old. Will that be enough to put him past the sinister Soviet? Battle Royal for a U.S. Title shot Twenty men enter. Anything goes. The last man left standing earns a shot at U.S. gold. Announced competitors include Mike Graham, Junk Yard Dog, Rocky Kernodle, Avalanche Buzz Tyler, Dutch Mantell, Bobby Jaggers, Kerry Brown, Jose Luis Rivera, Mark Lewin, Kevin Sullivan, Robert Fuller, and many more!
