Show opens with a huge reveal of Colon as the new International champion. Unless i'm forgetting something this is his first title in the AWA and considering how much blood he's shed for Verne over the years he's more than earned it.

TCB live up to their name.

The Heavenly Bodies look high on their own supply.

Rough night for Blaze.

32 men will face off over the course of a month to claim the honor of being AWA world champion.

Kokina easily backs up Adnan's threats.

A huge TV main event leads to the War Games teams in a massive pull apart brawl.

Tough night for Bobby Blaze which is too bad because he is a solid hand who could be instrumental in a Junior division. Double pounding for him is ... OUCH!

Solid ending to the program with a good round of chaos which is far from over. That is sure to sell tickets for months to come with Hogan and Flair at the top of the program.

I'm glad you mentioned that about Colon because that was exactly my thinking. After all those wars, I felt he deserved a title run.

Larry Nelson: Hello everybody and welcome to AWA Major League Wrestling. A lot of action tonight including the big AWA 6-Man title bout as Austin's Idols defend against the Tribal Nation and the Missouri Tiger. Also, Tommy Jammer takes on Iceman Parsons. And you'll see many highlights and footage that have all led up to the epic War Games match that will happen tomorrow night at the St. Paul Civic Center. Ok, let's get to the ring.

The Bunkhouse Boys (Jimmy Golden and Sam Houston) vs. Edward Hamiliton and Ryne Sands

Golden and Houston hit the ring (wearing their jeans and white thermal shirts) and pummel their opponents. They continue to beat up their opponents until they end the match with a spiked piledriver.

The Boys cut a promo and say they're ready to whip up on all the teams in the AWA!

Commercial Break

Thunderstruck vs. Arnie Goldstein

The muscled fan favorite rookie gets in another good showing and wins the match with a bearhug/belly to belly suplex.

Commercial Break

Iceman Parsons w/Jackie vs. Tommy 'The Tidal Wave' Jammer

iceman.jpg.94656e23827fc08a5d31075e31b69a07.jpgjammer.jpg.31114f9748d43ebe0e6ea6b6c23ae73a.jpg

Jackie and Iceman taunt Jammer but once the bell rings, Jammer wastes no time in taking it to Parsons. Jammer's all over Parsons with hip tosses and dropkicks. Jammer back drops Parsons and as Parsons staggers up, Jammer hits a sunset flip 1..2..Kick Out. Jackie gets on the apron and yells at Jammer. Jammer goes towards her and yells back. Parsons gets up and sends Jammer through the ropes with a forearm blast. Parsons distracts the Ref as Jackie blasts Jammer with a forearm and hurls him back into the ring.

Parsons hammers down on Jammer, swings him to the ropes and clotheslines him down. Parsons follows with a fist drop from the middle ropes 1..2..Kick Out. Parsons executes a vertical suplex, then hops on the turnbuckles and crashes down with a fist drop 1..2..Kick Out. Parsons swings Jammer to the ropes and goes for a back drop but Jammer kicks him. Parsons staggers around as Jammer clotheslines him down. Jammer fires up. Parsons staggers up as Jammer scoop slams him down. Jammer hoists Parsons on the turnbuckles and executes a superplex!

The fans boo as TCB hit the ring and attack Jammer! The Ref signals for the DQ. TCB put the boots to Jammer.

The fans cheer as the Rock n Roll RPMs hit the ring and unload on TCB. They stereo dropkick TCB out of the ring. Parsons staggers up as the RPMs double dropkick him through the ropes. Jackie's going nuts and screaming at the RPMs as they help Jammer up. The RPMs are back and ready to rock!

Commercial Break

Jumbo Tsuruta/Mr. Saito and Shinya Hashimoto vs. Clyde Putnam/Samson Smith and Todd Rooney

jumbo.jpg.e38382b7b41404e93f709d4286cb5935.jpgsaito.jpg.cc445087657e6977e015da6d15af5e3b.jpghashimoto2.jpg.bb23a2a28bf8aa0e2678e1a2c461e022.jpg

This Japanese Trio have been making waves in the AWA and tonight they're extremely rough and stiff. Hashimoto's chops are brutal. Saito puts his suplex arsenal to work and Jumbo finishes things off with the powerbomb! Nothing but impressive.

Commercial Break

El Canek vs. Trent Watkins

Canek returns from another successful tour of Mexico and looks reenergized and refreshed. He military press slams Watkins down and follows with a body splash for the win.

Commercial Break

Scott 'Flash' Norton w/Ted Arcidi vs. Lyle Garrison

Norton blasts Garrison with a clothesline, picks him up and powerslams him over for the win.

Arcidi says Norton's going to be the next AWA world champ because there's no defense for his power and strength!

Commercial Break

AWA 6-Man Title Bout

Austin's Idol (JW Storm/Ricky Santana and Gary Young) w/Austin Idol

vs.

The Tribal Nation and The Missouri Tiger

Austin Idol comes to ringside to make sure everybody knows he's back. His Idols proudly hold up their titles while laughing and antagonizing their opponents.

The Idols look lost in the first few minutes as the Tribal Nation takes turns chopping them all over the ring while Tiger puts his power game to use. The Tribal Nation double suplex Santana as Tiger follows with a jumping knee drop 1..2..Young and Storm break it. We get a pier six brawl. The Ref gets control. While he backs the Tribal Nation to their corner, Storm and Young double clothesline Tiger.

The Idols control the next segment. Storm slams Tiger as Santana hits an elbow drop from the top rope 1..2..Tribal Nation break it. This starts another pier six brawl. After the chaos, Tiger sends Santana flying with a shoulder block. Santana tags in Young as Tiger tags in Chris.

Chris slams Young down and goes to the top rope. Young staggers up as Chris crashes down with a tomahawk chop. Chris tags in Mark. Chris swings Young to the ropes as Mark hits a flying press 1..2..Kick Out. After more action, Young finally tags in Storm as Mark gladly tags in Tiger.

Tiger and Storm have a furious exchange. Tiger gets the advantage, swings Storm to the ropes and hits a football tackle 1..2..Idol puts Storm's foot on the rope. Tiger tags in Chris. Tiger slams Storm as Chris hits a body splash 1..2..Santana and Young break it. Here we go again! Everybody's brawling!

During the chaos, Chris has Storm up for a suplex but Idol reaches in and trips Chris. Storm falls on top. The Ref runs over and counts as Idol holds Chris's leg 1..2..3!! BOOOOOOO

Austin's Idols retain!

Commercial Break

Nelson: Fans, as you know, tomorrow night the War Games will take place at the St. Paul Civic Center. Saying there will be a lot of hatred in that match would be an understatement. Let's take a look at several events that led up to this match.

We see all the highlights. The Horsemen attacking Hulk Hogan in the cage and injuring his leg. Tully Blanchard making a surprise appearance at WrestleRock to help Ric Flair defeat Hulk Hogan for the world title. We see Tully Blanchard sling shot suplexing the Magnificent Muraco onto a chair to help Flair retain. We see the Enforcers attack Dick Slater and Ron Garvin in a parking lot, slamming car doors into their hands. We see Slater, Garvin and Muraco bust up the Horsemen's car with led pipes to get some parking lot revenge. We see Shawn Michales appear at SuperClash and superkick Kerry Von Erich's head into the steel post. We see Tully Blanchard weasel his way out of the SuperClash stipulation by attacking Muraco with a steel chair. And of course we see all the SuperClash world title chaos between Hogan, Gerry Morrow and Ric Flair. We see last week's crazy brawl with the returns of Muraco and Von Erich. As everybody just saw, this has been months in the making. AWA Commissioner Magnum TA said there was no other way to solve this. It all happens tomorrow night in the WAR GAMES!!!

The Bunkhouse Boys are calling everybody out!

Thunderstruck continues to prove himself.

TCB bail the Iceman out but the Rock n Roll RPMs are there to rescue Jammer.

The Japanese trio are on a tear.

Canek is back and all the Champions had better keep an eye out.

Arcidi thinks Norton can go straight to the top.

Austin returns and helps his Idol's retain.

Great recap of the road to WarGames.

Great recap for War Games!!

What a wild ride it has been since Morrow and the bribe to now with Magnum in charge!  This has been must see TV.... the best soap opera for men since we started this project!  I can't wait to see how it all plays out.

Also, really like that Carlos Colon finally has a title.  He has been the best AWA warrior for a long, long time and deserves some payoff.

I do not envy Clyde Putnam, Samson Smith and Todd Rooney in their match. Hopefully, they were paid something a little extra because I would imagine them missing some dates after being manhandled by the Japanese contingent.

Nice video package to sell the War Games show on the way out highlighting the top programs. Great way to sell it.

AWA @ The St. Paul Civic Center 2-14-91

awa2.jpg.f9782ae0c524d7a10c4fdd27cab51447.jpg

This event will be taped for a special VHS release

Double rings are set up for the War Games main event

The British Bombers vs. The Guerreros

Both teams had brutal victories at SuperClash and now are fighting for a shot at the titles. The match is a textbook tag team encounter with both teams showing off tremendous skill, chemistry and teamwork. It's a seesaw encounter that ends in a 15 minute draw. Both teams want more and I'm sure there's still more to come.

The Equalizer vs. Bobby Blaze

Blaze hasn't forgotten Equalizer's assault from last week and comes out swinging. Blaze rocks Equalizer early but Equalizer bounces back and gives Blaze quite a pounding. Blaze comes back and gets the win with a Thesz Press. After the 3 count, Blaze gives Equalizer a few more punches to the head for satisfaction.

Leo Burke vs. Maxx Payne

This one's been brewing since SuperClash when Payne interfered in Burke's match resulting in Burke being out of action for a few weeks. Burke hammers Payne with European uppercuts to start things off and continues to rattle Payne. Burke almost gets the win with a belly to back suplex. Payne weathers the storm and works away at Burke's arm and shoulder. Burke survives and makes a furious comeback. Burke swings Payne into the corner and charges in but Payne moves as Burke hits the turnbuckles shoulder first. Payne clamps on the Payne Killer. Burke shows heart but eventually has to submit.

AWA National Tag Team Title Bout

The Heavenly Bodies (C) vs. Latin Desire

At SuperClash, the Heavenly Bodies won the titles from Latin Desire. Tonight, the fans in Minneapolis get a show stealing rematch. The fans are on the edge of their seats the entire time as the Heavenly Bodies and Latin Desire tear it up. Latin Desire almost get their titles back when Al executes a helicopter drop and Lou follows with a bridging back suplex but Prichard saves Del Ray. After nearly 30 minutes, all four men are in the ring fighting. While the Ref guides Al back to the corner, the Heavenly Bodies execute the double flapjack on Lou. The Ref runs over and counts 1..2..3! Heavenly Bodies retain!

While the cage is being lowered for the War Games, Ken Resnick is standing by ringside.

Resnick: Fans, before we get to the main event, I want to introduce a man who's come to the AWA. I'm talking about the Big Bossman!

bossman.jpg.8cf10ab7220d0d21d3597a08f55c9311.jpg

Bossman comes out in his Police uniform and baton.

Bossman: That's right, the Big Bossman is here in the AWA and I'm here to serve law, order and justice!

Bossman raises his baton to the fans, then sprints back up the aisle

THE WARGAMES!

wargames.jpg.da19185f74db8edac8f39675f717e7c8.jpg

Hulk Hogan, Kerry Von Erich, The Magnificent Muraco, AWA World Tag Champs Ron Garvin and Dick Slater

vs.

Ric Flair, Arn Anderson, Larry Zbyszko, Shawn Michaels and Tully Blanchard

Both teams make their way down the aisle and stand on opposite sides of the cage. You can feel the hate and tension. As per Magnum TA's rule, Muraco and Tully must start the match. Muraco storms into the cage and is screaming for Tully. Tully doesn't want to get in there. The Horsemen are yelling up at Muraco and protecting Tully. Several officials order Tully in. Tully is throwing a fit as he takes a step up. Muraco runs over, grabs Tully by his hair and pulls him into the cage. A Ref slams the cage door shut and the bell rings. The Horsemen are yelling and pushing on the Ref. The bell rings!

Muraco has waited a long time for this. He pounds away on Tully with closed fists. He clamps on a headlock and just blasts Tully with punches. He hurls Tully face first into the cage. He grabs Tully and hurls him face first into the opposite side of the cage. Tully's already a bloody mess. Muraco grinds Tully's bloody face against the cage.

The Ref flips a coin and the Horsemen win the toss. The buzzard sounds and Arn Anderson sprints into the cage.

Arn nails Muraco from behind with a high knee. Arn works over Muraco and angrily stomps away. Arn picks Muraco up and puts him down with a gourdbuster. Tully's still down.

The buzzard sounds and in comes Dick Slater

Slater and Arn have a furious exchange. Slater gets the upper hand and pounds away on Arn, then hurls him over the ropes and into the cage. Slater helps Muraco up. Muraco goes over and stomps down on Tully while Slater stomps away on Arn.

The buzzard sounds and here comes Larry Zbyszko

Larry nails Slater with a double axehandle, then hurls Slater into the cage. Muraco nails Larry, picks him up and hot shots him on the top rope. Arn staggers up and nails Muraco from behind and hurls him into the cage. Tully's still lying face down in a pool of his own blood.

The buzzard sounds and in comes Ron Garvin

Arn turns around as Garvin nails him with a hands of stone punch that knocks Arn down. Larry staggers up as Garvin puts him down with a punch. Muraco picks up Tully and holds him as Garvin nails him with a punch. Slater picks up Larry and grinds his face into the cage.

The buzzard sounds and in comes Shawn Michaels

Arn lowblows Garvin as Michaels gives Garvin a knee lift. Muraco puts Michales down with a throat thrust. Larry grabs Muraco from behind and hurls him into the cage. Larry and Arn double team Slater and hold him as Michaels staggers up to the turnbuckles. Arn and Larry hold Slater as Michaels comes down with a double axe handle. Arn and Larry hurl Slater into the cage.

The buzzard sounds and in comes Kerry Von Erich

The fans go wild as Kerry cleans house, knocking Arn, Larry and Michaels down one by one. Kerry grabs Michaels, slams his head on the turnbuckle several times, then hoists Michaels up on his shoulder and darts him into the cage head first. At this point, everybody is bleeding except Kerry.

The buzzard sounds and here comes Ric Flair

Flair clips Kerry's knee, then hurls him into the cage. Tully staggers up but Muraco clotheslines him down. Flair rakes Muraco's eyes and hurls him into the cage. Arn and Larry double slam Garvin. Slater runs over and knocks Arn and Larry's heads into each other. Flair clips Slater from behind, hoists him up and groin drops him on the top rope. Michaels dropkicks Kerry into the cage.

The buzzard sounds and the crowd explodes as Hulk Hogan runs in.

It's now submit or surrender!

Hogan's all over everybody! He double clotheslines Arn and Larry. He puts Michaels down with a running axe bomber. Hogan turns around and sees Flair. Flair chops Hogan but Hogan shakes his head. Flair backs up and begs. Hogan kicks Flair grabs him by his hair and hurls him into the cage. Hogan grinds Flair into the steel cage, then smashes Flair's head into the cage until he bleeds.

Tully rises from the dead and lowblows Hogan. Muraco grabs Tully but Arn and Larry hit Muraco and double suplex him. Garvin hits Larry but Tully nails Garvin from behind. Kerry starts choking Tully but Michaels hits Kerry from behind, slams him down, goes to the top rope and crashes down with a flying elbow drop. It's Horsemen time

Flair picks up Hogan and hurls him into the cage. Flair grabs Hogan and gives him a shin breaker. Flair works away on Hogan's leg. Arn swings Slater to the ropes and gives him the spinebuster! Garvin rises as Larry mule kicks him and follows with a swinging neckbreaker. Michaels swings Kerry to the ropes and back drops him into the cage. Tully picks up Muraco and executes the slingshot suplex.

At this point everybody is bleeding.

Flair applies the figure four on Hogan! Flair wrenches away. Muraco side slams Tully as Kerry clotheslines Michaels. Muraco and Kerry run over and stomp down on Flair. Slater and Garvin bounce back and fire up on Arn and Larry. The tide has turned.

Slater gives Larry a Russian Leg Sweep. Garvin gives Arn a backbreaker then applies the Scorpion Deathlock! Kerry suplexes Michaels into the cage. Tully nails Garvin to save Arn. Muraco grabs Tully by his hair and punches away. Hogan pumps his fists and explodes on Flair. Hogan swings Flair into the ropes and puts him down with the big boot. Hogan swings off the ropes and hits the leg drop on Flair. Muraco hoists Tully up and puts him down with an inverted piledriver. Muraco hoists Tully up again and hits another inverted piledriver! Muraco applies the Asian spike on Tully and grinds away. Just as Tully is going to submit, Michaels nails Muraco with a superkick! Michaels turns around as Kerry blasts him with a discus punch! Slater and Garvin are going to town on Arn and Larry.

Hogan hits Flair with 3 more leg drops. Hogan sees Tully's down and out, runs over and applies the Camel Clutch! Hogan wrenches back and the Ref hears Tully submit! The bell rings as the fans go crazy! It's over!

Garvin and Slater hurl Larry into the cage, then hurl Arn into the cage. Kerry gives Michaels another discus punch that sends Michaels spinning around and down. Flair's bloodied and still lying on his back. Muraco looks down at Tully and smiles, then gives him a few more satisfying stomps.

Hogan, Muraco, Kerry, Garvin and Slater look at their bloodied and fallen opponents before exiting the cage. The fans roar as they head back up the aisle.

Winners of the Match- Hulk Hogan, Kerry Von Erich, The Magnificent Muraco, Ron Garvin and Dick Slater

The Bombers v Guerreros unfortunately didn't really settle anything.

Blaze burns his rivals.

Payne makes Burke submit. Now that makes an impression.

The Bodies retain in a barnburner.

Maybe it's a good thing Tully's retired cause he did fuck all the whole match then he's the one to give up.

AWA TV @ The Hammond Center 2-20-91

ring.jpg.243e52cd28f6e2a12890087b7b23c08d.jpg

An instrumental music video is played showing highlights of the War Games. It ends with Hogan, Von Erich, Muraco, Slater and Garvin standing tall and united.

We also see special footage of Tully Blanchard being put into an ambulance and taken to a hospital. Shawn Michales is nowhere to be seen. Ric Flair, Arn Anderson and Larry Zbyszko get into a heated argument with Magnum TA in the locker room. It ends with Flair, Arn and Zbyszko quitting and storming out.

Larry Nelson: Hello everybody and welcome to AWA Major League Wrestling. The immortal Hulk Hogan will be here tonight! I'm sure he has a lot to talk about. Also, the Rock n Roll RPMs will face TCB. The names drawn for this week's TV title contender's match are Tom Prichard and Johnny Smith. Well, you just saw...

Nelson can't believe it but Brenda Britton is heading over.

britton.jpg.5aec91034fa6881ddb8f0e304ad2e2e2.jpg

Britton: Hi everybody! Greetings Larry, it's been a while, you know the deal, now get lost!

Nelson: What are you talking about and more importantly, what are you doing here? Are you crazy?

Britton: I'm here to bring out the greatest C.O.O. the wrestling world has ever known. That's right, Champagne Gerry Morrow!

morrow3.jpg.ad197ccbcd3815e1a52841ba4fa0aeff.jpg

Nelson and the fans are shocked. The boos are on another level as Gerry Morrow actually walks into the ring.

Britton: Oh Gerry, just like old times. Let me be the first to welcome you back.

Morrow: Ahhhhhhhhhh thank you very much Brenda. De champagne man is glad to be back.

Nelson: Wait just a minute! What the hell is going on here?!

Britton: Shut up Larry! I told you to get lost!

Cheers as AWA Commissioner Magnum TA comes out

Magnum: Larry's right. Just what the hell are you doing here Morrow? You've got some nerve even showing your face here! You've been terminated and in my opinion you're lucky you're not in jail!

Morrow: Ahhhhhh Mr. TA, it is indeed a pleasure to meet you. De champagne man has a lot of money and a lot of connections along with de very best lawyers money can buy. (Morrow pulls out an envelope) All de information is in here.

The place goes nuts as Hulk Hogan storms out and into the ring! He goes right after Morrow but Magnum pleads with Hulk. Several officials and security run in to get between Hogan and Morrow.

hogan.jpg.7dd58c1b2a5ffc447a19d220c0ecf98d.jpg

Hogan: Let me tell you something Morrow! What you did at SuperClash was an abomination and put a black mark on the AWA and professional wrestling! You're the lowest form of scum and it's obvious you haven't suffered enough consequences.

Morrow: It is my turn to speak and you, Mr. TA and all these fans will listen. Mr. Hogan, you are nothing more than a cartoon character. Ric Flair is the real deal. He's a world champion de AWA could be proud of. He walked out of SuperClash with de belt and right now should be representing de AWA and I should still be de C.O.O. but now Ric Flair has quit and I have lost my job. It is all your fault Mr. Hogan. If anyone should be upset, it should be me.

Hogan lunges at Morrow but Magnum, officials and security step in.

Hogan: That's it! Let's settle this! (looks at Magnum) I want Morrow in the ring!

The fans go wild!

Magnum: Hulk, I know you're upset and believe me, so am I. Gerry Morrow is not an employee here, so I can't do that. I will have Morrow escorted out of here immediately.

Morrow: Ahhhhhh de Hulkster does not get his way. (laughs) What a shame. What kind of person goes around threatening people for no reason. Only a madman behaves like dat. (looks at Magnum) What kind of show are you running here? I believe it is time for de champagne man to take things back over.

Magnum pauses and then smiles.

Magnum: I said I couldn't sanction a match because Morrow isn't an employee. However, an unsanctioned match could take place after the show next week.

The cheers get a lot louder

Hogan: That works for me brother! Gerry Morrow, you got off easy for your despicable actions and you think you paid for those actions but you haven't paid to me and all my Hulkamaniacs. Next week, you will pay!

Morrow: Mr. TA, you're a foolish man. Mr. Hogan, you are de biggest fool of dem all.

Hogan: Listen up Morrow! Whatcha gonna do when Hulk Hogan, the AWA and Hulkamania run unsanctioned on youuuuuuuuu!

Hogan rips off his shirt and throws it at Morrow. Morrow and Britton calmly exit. Hogan shakes Magnum's hand.

Commercial Break

Los Boricuas vs. Vic Dutro and Willie Lopez

The place is still buzzing from the last segment but Los Boricuas put on a solid performance. Miguel executes a suplex as Castillo follows with a sling shot splash for the win.

Commercial Break

Masa 'Tokyo' Chono vs. Samson Smith

Chono's gaining a lot of traction with the fans as they chant TO-KY-O during the match. Chono clamps on the STF and it's all over.

Commercial Break

The Rock n Roll RPMs vs. TCB w/Jackie

rpms.jpg.d99dbb0a035cd3dd30b15b98114ae802.jpgstjones.jpg.28990895340ee7480625f5453f54de61.jpgwalker.jpg.605d4074b5734782331fc6ad8eae12cf.jpg

The RPMs are back and want revenge. Before the bell rings, they attack TCB. The match never officially starts but TCB takes quite a beating until Jackie's able to help them out of there. The RPMs are pumped up tonight!

Commercial Break

Nelson: Fans, with me now is the AWA commissioner Magnum TA. Magnum, I can't believe what happened earlier. Was definitely not expecting that.

Magnum: You and me both Larry. Morrow was stupid enough to actually show his face here and now he must face the music. Hulk Hogan and Gerry Morrow will engage in an unsanctioned match next week after the televised program. I've been in touch with our sponsors and the match will be televised but will not be an official AWA program. Hulk Hogan is so fired up right now that I actually feel sorry for Gerry. I'm sure this will all be put behind us after next week.

Nelson: I'm sure it will. Then we can move on to the AWA world title tournament which begins on March 6th.

Magnum: That's right. 32 wrestlers will compete in the tournament. Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair were to receive first round byes but it appears Ric Flair has quit the AWA and will not be competing. I can't say Ric and I have seen eye to eye on things but it's a shame things had to end this way. As for Hogan, he will receive his bye. I hope he ends all this with Morrow so he can focus on the world title tournament.

Commercial Break

The Hangman w/Nell vs. Harold Bannister

hangman.jpg.18fefd7eba91761e11c8fb97dd7f775f.jpg

Hangman hits the Hangman's neckbreaker. Nell says something to Hangman. Hangman lifts up Bannister and drops him with the Heart Punch! It's over.

As Bannister is being stretchered out, Nell cuts a promo and says who better to represent the AWA than the man who rids wrestling off all lost souls. Nell says the Hangman will become the AWA's savior and become the world champion.

Commercial Break

The Cobra vs. Ray Glader

Cobra's high octane offense is in high gear tonight and he wins the match with high knee followed by a senton.

Commercial Break

Winner gets an AWA TV Title shot next week

AWA National Tag Champ Tom Prichard w/Jimmy Del Ray vs. Johnny Smith w/Tony St. Clair

We get a good match up. Smith puts his power game to work and gives Prichard some hard shots and slams. Prichard comes back with a superkick and works Smith over pretty good. Smith mounts a comeback.

The Guerreros come out and start messing with St. Clair. Things get tense. The Ref gets distracted by this. Del Ray runs into the ring and clotheslines Smith. Prichard covers Smith as the Ref turns around and counts 1..2..3!

The Guerreros attack St. Clair on the outside. The Heavenly Bodies laugh and walk away. Smith staggers up and runs to the outside but the odds are too much. The Guerreros double slam Smith on the concrete then swing St. Clair into the steel post. Officials run out. The Guerreros are satisfied and walk away.

Nelson: Leave it to the Guerreros to ruin a good match. I'd hate to be the Guerreros when the British Bombers come for them. Fans, I still can't believe what went down tonight. Gerry Morrow foolishly shows up out of nowhere and now we have an unsanctioned match happening next week after our regularly scheduled program. That's right, Hulk Hogan and Gerry Morrow in an unsanctioned match, next week! I can't blame Hulk for being that upset after what Morrow did at SuperClash. I think we all wanted to forget that but seeing Morrow brought back that dark day in AWA history. As Magnum said, Gerry Morrow must now face the music. See you next week.

Somebody get Morrow a wheelbarrow to carry the balls he has to have in order to show his face around the AWA, ESPECIALLY with Hogan in the building. I don't like how confident the de champagne man was at the announcement of the match with Hogan next week.

RPMs didn't want a match they wanted the hide off of TCB's hides.

Los Guerreros strike during the main event,
