Due to a recent trade to the untouchables and Tom Prichard returning to SMW the WWF is at 43 so I will sign Matt Borne Mr Bob Backlund.

The NWA will sign "Iron" Mike Tenay to join Joey Styles and Rick Rude at the commentary booth for Light Heavyweight Matches.

SMW will be bringing back Tommy Noe as its ring announcer.

Bloodstar will be the final appearance of Combat Toyoda in W*ING USA, who had already retired in real life in May of 1996. Without spoilers, I have written plans for her exit at the next event.

So with that being said, W*ING USA releases Combat Toyoda and signs "The Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman.

W*ING USA releases CW Anderson and signs Dump Matsumoto.

I realize there was a large gap of inactivity in Matsumoto's career, however she worked three shows for Onita Pro in 1999, so I considered her semi-active before her full-time return in 2003.

Edit: I take that back, Matsumoto did not work at all in 1999, but I doubt anybody cares because eventually Dump came back to wrestling.
