Without spoilers, I have written plans for her exit at the next event. So with that being said, W*ING USA releases Combat Toyoda and signs "The Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman. I realize there was a large gap of inactivity in Matsumoto's career, however she worked three shows for Onita Pro in 1999, so I considered her semi-active before her full-time return in 2003. Edit: I take that back, Matsumoto did not work at all in 1999, but I doubt anybody cares because eventually Dump came back to wrestling.
