(Well not so breaking now because the board wouldn't let me post the gif for the past 24 hours and this has been the topic of wrestling twitter instead) This is footage of Jimmy Golden inventing the Ganso Bomb in 1981! A move that was STOLEN from him by Kawada and the knowledge suppressed by Dave Meltzer and his Japanese bias until right now today on October 25th 2016. Truly a momentous occasion for me to be able to recognize one of the Four Pillars of Southeastern/Continental wrestling for his contribution to this great sport. Not only was Jimmy Golden the man who invented what some call the most devastating finishing move of all time, he was also a dual sport superstar known for his prowess not only in wrestling but also boxing. Here is a small look into some of the footage we have of his boxing training.

Yea the last numbers I heard for New Japan World subs in the U.S. was around 1,000. And New Japan gets talked about more than EVOLVE at least from what I see on message boards and twitter. I get that it will be a lot easier to subscribe and use FloSlam than New Japan World for people who don't live in Japan but still not sure that the market is really big enough for this sort of thing to really succeed.

I really want to know what the break-even point for subscriptions will be for FloSlam but no one has even broached that subject yet in the coverage. With talk about the price of indy content "sky rocketing" it would seem like they are going to need a lot of subs to make this thing profitable. We're in the wrestling bubble so it kind of skews the numbers but are there really even say, 100,000 people that would pay $20 a month to stream indy wrestling? That number seems high to me.

Apparently, James Ellsworth' t-shirt is the top seller on WWEShop.com at the moment. More than Goldberg, Dean Ambrose & Seth Rollins. It was never listed as the top seller on WWEShop. It's the first shirt listed when you go to New Arrivals, not when you sort by Best Sellers. But apparently that's all it takes to get "news" sites to run with the story even when they get called out for being wrong.

I want Billy Corgan to really ramp up the bitterness in this fight. He should be showing TNA's books to Anthem's biggest stockholders and demanding they ask why Anthem is giving TNA a loan. EDIT: So I looked and Anthem is a private company. Very disappointed that this can not happen now.

Green guys wrestling with someone way more experienced than them was how it was done for decades until the territory system died off. The experienced wrestler is the one calling the match so he has 100% control of what happens it's not like he's just in there at the mercy of some guy doing random shit to him.

A battle for HHH's love and affection is worthy of the Cell imo. It's just too bad it has to be taking place during football season when HHH for some reason can't seem to be bothered to come on Raw.
