  1. One of the things we got today was a Flair promo. It's Flair putting over the town, and the competitors he could face.
  2. Thoughts on the complete Gino/Jose match here.http://prowrestlingonly.com/index.php?/topic/31648-jose-lothario-vs-gino-hernandez-11979/
  3. Having this complete now made this even better. Jose early on trying to fuck up Gino's arm in response to Gino breaking his arm at an earlier date was great. Jose's attempts at messing up Gino's arm was nasty. Having the 1st fall really srt the table for the rest of the match. 4 1/4*
  4. It wasn't clipped. It was joined in progress. It looks like they found the beginning of the match on another reel.
  5. Nice
  6. Thoughts on Duggan/Taylor vs The Russians. http://prowrestlingonly.com/index.php?/topic/32030-hacksaw-dugganterry-taylor-vs-nikolai-volkoffkrusher-darsow-4684/
  7. This was a fun tag match. Of course the heat is pretty hot here. We start out with a wild brawl. It settles down into a pretty good tag match. They use the AWA formula of the double heat section which I'm a fan of. We get a strong shine segment with Duggan standing tall. Duggan in Mid-South might be the greatest standing tall baby face . Eventually the Russsians get the heat on Duggan. The crowd is unglued here. Duggan takes a beating, but gets the hot tag to to Taylor. He's on fire until he's cut off. Finally he tags in Duggan and he's standing tall. The faces look like they're on the verge of winning, but that rat bastard Butch Reed is out to screw the faces over. 3 1/4*
  8. Hacksaw Duggan vs Butch Reed Jim Duggan, Junkyard Dog & Tito Santana vs. Butch Reed, Krusher Krushev & Nikolai Volkoff 1/27/84 Hacksaw Duggan vs Butch Reed 8/12/83

  10. NJPW can join the club on having issues with their booking this week. The BC interference really hurt the Kushida/Omega match. I don't need another Makabe/Ishii match. Ishii better win though. They need to open up the tag team scene. Allow the Bucks or reDragon to work with the big boys. Think fresh. Maybe a Styles face turn with the Bucks. Need to move some of the parts around. Their is a lot of talent, also have a lot of options with ROH, NWA, and Rev Pro to freshen things up.
  11. Looking forward to hearing the news about the Roku and the website news. It looked like Anthony came across as important and had a really solid match with Tiger Mask. I hope to see him on more tours.
  12. Not loading for me neither.
  13. Plus I can see people agreeing with you. They're both totally different type of matches . So both will have their fans .
  14. To each their own.
  15. Part 2 is pretty interesting.
  16. Thoughts on Volkoff and Duggan here. http://prowrestlingonly.com/index.php?/topic/32002-hacksaw-duggan-vs-nikolai-volkoff-51184-cage-match/
  17. The match was ok. It was just give and take brawling. Nothing to write home about. No blood was spilled in the match itself. Now the postmatch is off the charts. Duggan starts having Volkoff read off the Pledge Of Allegiance. Then Darsow and Reed enter the cage and all 3 Russians destroy Duggan. The crowd is molten hot here. They start to put shaving cream on Duggan and it's mixed in with his blood to a disgusting sight. The babyfaces come out and save Duggan and his hair. Amazing angle. 2 1/4* match though.
  18. He's pretty well off. He's funded other wrestling projects.

    ROH ASE 7 PPV

Castle has been positioned in main events and semi mains on house shows. I think they're taking their time with him. Right now him and Moose show a ton of upside . We've seen WWE push guys too soon and hurt them. I think ROH is mindful of that. At ASE they had meet and greets with some of the roster. He was one of them along with Styles,Bucks,reDragon, Lethal, Briscoes, ACH,Sydal , Cole before the turn and the commentating team. It was 1/2 on Friday, other 1/2 on Saturday. They included Dalton with the biggest stars of the promotion. I think they know they have a future main eventer.

    ROH ASE 7 PPV

I was there live and watched this back on tv. Live I thought ACH/ Sydal was pretty strong with ACH selling his limb . Watching it on tape, it looks like ACH shit cans all the leg work on his comeback. In regards to the crowd I felt at times they were very loud . At times the crowd seemed to intently watch the matches. Also a lot of the crowd burnt out trying to get a Todd Sinclair chant going back
  23. Cool
  24. Steven he championed the Young Bucks .
  25. The matches say April on the upload. So MattD that might where you've gotten the April date.
