Charlie Dempsey looks like if William Regal had Tom Baker's hair and it trips me out. Also this is my first time seeing him in ring and he's now my favorite wrestler in NXT. Very similar to Bryan Danielson (which makes sense of course) and I want to see him in the BCC asap.

Interesting that it appears all the NXT UK champs seem to be fairly big underdogs, which would be an odd thing for a show in Wales.

One of Riddle's ex girlfriends just dumped a bunch of screenshots of him saying (among other things) that he wanted to make a porno to use as leverage in case WWE ever fires him (??), and also stating he was emotionally and sexually abusive toward her all while tagging like half of WWE in the process.

Considering the video packages building up Drew's story and the fact that it's going to be in front of a giant hometown (to WWE at least) crowd, there's absolutely a chance they would.

Furthermore, if there was why would that be a surprise that a relatively unpushed duo being put over what seems to be the next big heel faction in the division didn't get the best reaction? It was a cool moment but it didn't really make a lot of sense booking wise.

Corbin was popping off about this last night too, but I didn't really see anything other than "wow I didn't expect that" reactions. Was there really anything that bad other than I suppose the usual suspects with bad takes about everything?

Hey to be fair they wanted to make the women's titles mean something after all the drama that happened, so I give them props for the attempt even if it won't exactly set the ratings on fire. I'll give Hunter the same courtesy I gave TK when AEW started, the benefit of the doubt booking wise until the evidence proves otherwise. Even though he was running NXT, he never really had final say until now so I think it's only fair to hold what happens post Vince against him.

It's amazing how Aaliyah went from being the R Truth of developmental , to main eventing Raw for the tag team titles. Mostly because they only wanted new faces in NXT 2.0 and for some reason she never got covid-endeavored.

It's almost like that could have been done to give the heels a reason to demand a rematch/excuse for losing. It's amazing how it's still extremely easy to work people, you just have to do it a different way than usual.

Surprising, but it makes sense if they want a babyface team to be the first champs in the Hunterverse so you can have that WWE Moment.

I love how in storyline Sami being a goof explains all his weird behavior yet the Usos are completely right in not 100% fully believing him.

In an alternate universe, Sami is the greatest hype man in the history of hip hop.

The Riddle/Rollins stuff is great but it would be so much better if Riddle didn't look like a toddler when he gets mad.
