  1. Feel the same as the comments above. Dustin looked to have advantage working the arm but Roberts was too crafty in the end when he fakes the knee injury to his advantage. He did a couple squats just because he is a swell guy. Nice victory for Roberts on his way to face Sting.
  2. Really intense angle. Horner may not be charismatic but he was able to make the hanging look really convincing.
  3. Seemed like the same interview as a few days before except for Flair being bug eyed.
  4. Scott was doing Frankensteiners like they were bodyslams at the end. Couple of them were pretty nasty looking.
  5. It is amazing to watch this with what happened with Owen five years later. Don't know how Chono continued with match even if it was for only a couple more minutes.
  6. Haven't seen 90 match so not able to compare. Thought it was good and liked the blood. Mixed on the finish as I didn't like the double pin at first though I thought they were giving it to Satanico as he got his shoulder up. Anyways ref restarts match and Dandy immediately gets the pinfall. Too soon for that. Should have done a couple more exchanges before going right into another pinfall.
  7. Good but thought the house show match earlier on set was better but understandable as that got more time. I was wondering about the Stud Stable but they make an appearance late and get involved.
  8. Good little match and I was impressed enough with Horner in the ring but he does come off bland in the charisma department. I wish we got some type of replay of Wright falling out of the wheelchair. The upset loss by the DWB had him on the ground.
  9. Yeah, Cornette's Woody Allen dig at Express was funny. Dutch was great here. Always complaining about how Bob Armstrong hurts his ratings.
  10. Good promo here. Warrior has been determined by Jack Tunney to be the number one contender. Flair states if Warrior had played along originally and sided with Mr. Perfect he could have been champion by now.
  11. I'm getting worn out on 2 our of 3 falls matches. There seems to be loads of them. Thought match was okay. Nakano getting pinned the way she did was surprising. She completely shrugged off a triple dropkick earlier.
  12. Taue looked real good here. Really good match that started off well with Taue piledriving Kawada on the announce table which set the tone. These guys were showing some hatred here. Nice battle at the end with each guy really determined to get their finisher in with the chokeslam versus stretch plum.
  13. The strongest Flair has looked on the yearbook so far. He goes toe to toe with Tenryu on the stiff chops. They do the same two finishes from their earlier match but switch the order up. Finish was a bit weak with the double count out after match going so long. I liked when Flair had the figure four on and Tenryu had him in a heel hook at the same time.
  14. Ultimate Maniacs unite for the greater good. Macho gets a knee pad from Warrior and gives him some Macho glasses. Warrior putting the glasses on was funny. Macho says Warrior will be the next WWF champion.
  15. That's crazy if this was Akiyama's first match. He looked pretty good here with a lot of help too from Kobashi.
  16. Bret doesn’t look too thrilled here talking about Papa Shango and voodoo spells.
  17. Yeah Bruno this WCW does remind me of wrestling back in your day. Not sure why Madusa is involved in this. I hope lazer beams shooting from eyes in one of the match stips on the wheel. Roberts facial expressions was great. He did fit in this segment sitting in a dark corner.
  18. Cornette will be handcuffed to Bob Armstrong in the return match with the Bodies and Fantastics. I get lost in Lane’s toupee during the Bodies promo until Cornette mentions the Ether Bunny.
  19. Gilbert back out with the latest PWI magazine and he is now up to 5th in the rankings. He wants to be number one. Match with Jarrett and we get a couple minutes before Doug interferes. Lawler comes to the rescue. Reno/Samples were really going at it.
  20. Looks like he was doing the interview in his underwear.
  21. Celebration with he champagne flowing. Heenan and Razor make appearances. Celebration seemed a bit forced by Flair. Not the speech like the Rumble victory.
  22. Stalling to start. Felt like a comedy match for most of it. Pritchard is running the ropes and Cornette gets in the ring and they collide. Bodies do the MPro arm wringer spot! They were totally setting the table for that one and it got a good reaction from the crowd. Last few minutes finally gets a bit more serious when they beat up on Ricky. Express get the win with the double drop kick. I presume the titles were not on the line.
  23. Short but very physical. Jack gets slammed a few times on the concrete. My back was hurting just watching this. They go in the ring for less than a minute as the action is mostly outside. Cactus with the elbow off the apron to Dustin for the win.
