Yeah, it's a weird way of communicating it but it makes sense in the current landscape.

On one hand I understand the frustration from some of these wrestlers that see the grass greener on the other side and think they can finally get the shot they believe they deserve (or can make things happens if given the chance). But on the other hand, it's kinda weird they don't see the bigger picture and realize they are gonna end up in an endless loop of dissatisfaction as both WWE and AEW will end up with too much talent if they sign every person that feels they should be booked better. If you are not jumping ship early, you are gonna end up in the same place no matter what. With Malakai I totally get being frustrated with AEW but at the same time, by the time he could've been pushed harder, Punk, Danielson and Cole were on the roster and he was back to the middle of the line. He could've at least gotten a mini push for a token title defense though.

Gawd damn the stanning is strong on this one. Giving all the credit to Punk, giving zero credit to Roman (even calling a DUD, the fuck :lol:) and then weirdly giving zero credit to Hall and Nash when Punk's case is pretty similar.

My point is that 9 big time rematches in 9 months are often enough to say Tony uses them every time he sees fit (which is a good thing) and not necessarily avoids them. WWE is a bad comp because their whole booking system was based on rematches (at least with Vince in charge). The fact that AEW does them less than the E does not mean Tony "avoids them".

I hate it but from the first Dynamite after All Out it all pointed to Mox vs MJF at the PPV. The only leeway they had was delaying the "cash in" for next year but it seems that's not gonna be the case. MJF better fucking win the belt at Full Gear though, if not Tony can go fuck himself.

The camera work on this match is fucking killing me.

Can they trade Bobby Cruise for Justin Roberts? Roberts can still show up to do the North Carolina gimmick for Kenny but that's about it.

I thought it was worse than the All Out match with Danielson. Claudio's strikes were really bad tonight and a lot of wanky spots like the Cary one, the catapult and the last one were Claudio basically launched himself to corner the ref after landing too far away and too perfectly.

The BCC members copying and using moves just from Danielson is weird. I wonder if Dragon will change a lot of stuff once he's gone from the stable. This gotta be Tony's "thank you" to Jericho for what's he's done for AEW for the past 2 months
