If only I could find this in full. Okada and Tanahashi should recreate this magic. I expect a campfire scene with Okada and a dinosaur.

It's stupid. Show that gif to any non-wrestling fan and I'll guarantee you it'll be met with laughter. That's the thing, though. People who share similar tastes to you look at posters on PWO/WKO etc. and assume that they're being over-analytical but it's really just using common sense. That's a stupid, business exposing spot that makes no sense, especially when you consider they were a half hour into their match. They probably look at a post like this and say "I don't wanna be here anymore" The spot I feel is pretty dumb but the posting of the gif feels worse at this point.

Explain to me the appeal of LuFisto cause I haven't gotten in from the admittedly minimal experience with her from the past couple years.
-
Feel free to point them out. And I know I cover a pretty broad range but at the same time, if you don't see someone the simple reason might be I haven't seen enough of them or haven't seen any of them from this year. Like AAA I know SO little about. I know Aerostar has been insane from what I've seen.

Posted this on Voices of Wrestling's new forum but might not get traction there. Might not get traction here. Actually I didn't post here first because I figured most would be working on GWE stuff but hey, you never know. Feel free to post your own little lists.

I'm not afraid to say I absolutely loved him in 2009-2010. May have been my favorite wrestler. He just went 100MPH and things like his super reckless dive that he totally shouldn't have done landing him in the 3rd row. Even as close as last year he had a performance I really liked. Truly not sure if there is a wrestler I HATE to the point where I see no value in them. The performance in question was against Chase Owens that may have been helped by him doing his traditional "put over the other guy at the end of the show" shtick but instead going full heel. My tastes in wrestling have changed DRASTICALLY though since 2009-2010. But obviously I see why people would like him based on how fast he goes.

Is it cheating if I just link to this where there are reviews of Davey matches? Not mine but they're reviews. http://freewrestling.wordpress.com/tag/davey-richards/page/2/

Joe, maybe you can break down a little bit more and give a match per style(or a couple matches per style). Cause this is a guy I could giver serious consideration for.
-
Tell that to 2011 me!

IWF is based out of Arizona. They probably still lost their ass despite the attendance. (cause I'm under the impression many were comped)
-
Or one could ask "Who nominated him?" in the sense that whose the one that will provide the argument for the guy. EDIT: It was Dylan and I KNOW he can provide an argument yet his lazy sack a bones hasn't come in here yet. DARN YOU DYLAN!
-
Okay, he hasn't been nominated yet but I'm toying with the idea of at least getting Paul London on the board. Don't remember too much about his WWE tag run but he had some of my favorite early ROH matches. A batshit crazy individual and I love him for it.
-
I have this Nigel vs Danielson set...guess I'll see how it holds up. LOVED the Unified match and remember most things from their matches fondly. EDIT: I meant Driven. I blame Unified for getting talked about more because of the ring post spot.
-
I second Tozawa vs Hero. Probably throw in Tozawa/Steen vs Generico/Ricochet. Not really sure how well I remember it but him versus Eddie Kingston is maybe different enough to give a go. Probably not one of his upper tier matches but a good enough American excursion match.

Favorite live Elgin moment? Does the vertical suplex spot in a not "smart indie" crowd and he does it to crickets.
-
If this was for the best wrestlers since 2000 he'd have a 90% chance of getting on it. Really dig the guy. At the same time I'd really have to watch more of his Dragon Gate proper work to see if he's a real contender for a Top 100 of All-Time spot.

Okay, kinda excited about other perspectives being in the mix.

Spandex Are Still Cool: Ketchup 2014

Zack Sabre Jr. post is now up. Two matches worked sorta around the same general theme. That being that ZSJ is talented. http://spandexarestillcool.wordpress.com/2014/10/11/ketchup-2014-from-fancam-to-hd-the-zsj-story/ Not exactly sure who or where I'll be doing next. Certainly could be swayed towards practically anyone. -
You're turning 22 in December? I'm turning 22 in December! What a world?
-
How often does PWG deviate from its FAST PACED core generally though? That isn't a bad thing just think since 2013, maybe 2012 but not sure, they haven't really had too many cards full of too diverse of stuff.

http://t.co/5X15npMh36 Allmark and Mason impress yet again. WOO! Honestly the trios match is gonna be thrown on my spreadsheet of good stuff from this year. Next up is ZSJ. Already seen the Devitt match but will give it a once over then Girvan here I come. -
I don't see myself voting for him but I won't rule it out completely either. Not a big fan of his deathmatch era stuff so much but I'll go rewatch his tag teaming days with Moxley to see how that stuff holds up. Pretty on fire in 2012. Worst part about his case? As he truly was approaching best on the planet territory he got signed by this big thing that wanted to hide him for years instead of actually showing him and letting him develop on screen in DEVELOPMENTAL!
