I thought it was uncharacteristically sloppy that we saw the cameraman in the middle KO's promo. Then I realized he was going to get attacked or otherwise figure into the proceedings somehow.

Speaking the truth! Obviously Swerve is 1000x better in the ring - he has years of experience on AJ Francis - but Top Dolla had incredible charisma, presence, and poise.

Hot take: AJ Francis (Top Dolla) was the star in Hit Row. I don't see what everyone else sees in Swerve. Not that I think he's bad or anything - he's fun in the ring - but so are a million other people already. Still, the "Swerve's House" catchphrase is obviously popular with the AEW crowd, so there's definitely something there. Tony Nese, however, joins Matt Sydal and a few others as "Why did Tony hire them exactly?" head-scratchers. At least with Joey Janela, he has an indie cult following and connections.

When Regal returned in 2000, he was Steven William Regal the first week or two, and then just William Regal. He's been Steven Regal everywhere, but only William Regal in WWE, so I'm surprised he's getting to keep the William name now.
