  1. Hart brothers take down the Starrs and get a well deserved title match. You're right, if a double chain match doesn't end the Vachons/Assassins feud, nothing will. Enjoyed the contrast of styles match between Ed and Cobra. Ed looks vicious as he sends a message to Piper. Fun battle royal. Terry Taylor gets the surprise win! Hmmmm what does Jake have in mind??? Firestorm is shaping up to be one epic event!
  2. Your Star Wars cards always deliver my friend. Garvin and company are on a roll and thanks to Precious they get the opening win. Poor Stasiak took a beating from Shultz and a chair! I was intrigued by the battle of the claw match. Kevin clamps it on but Baron escapes and walks out. This one isn't over. Highwaymen get the big street fight win. This has been a great feud and did a good job of getting both teams over. Shultz is one bad dude and has got to be nuts as he now has issues with both Studd and Brody! Adias and Youngbloods get a huge win over the Movement. The Youngbloods just might have earned themselves an AWA World tag title match. Kerry finally puts down the Grappler! Bock vs. Steamboat! What a classic battle between two all time greats. They go to a dramatic 60 minute draw. The rematch will be money! I would love to see either of these guys get a shot at Dibiase.
  3. Lot's of drama and intrigue going on in Stampede. I like the idea of Bassarab and MX-1 fighting for a push. Are things ok with Williams and Manny? It seems so but you just never know LOL. I'm sure we'll find out when Slaughter faces Williams. WOW! Hennig no shows, leaving Heenan at the mercy of the Road Warriors. An angry Heenan fires Hennig but offers up his contract. Who will go with the Brain? The Bad News/Hansen-Russians feud will come to an end in a loser leaves town cage match! This really is the only way to resolve this. Talk about controversy! Stu throws in the towel and the Bulldogs are irate. Hart Foundation know something's up and offers a rematch. Man I cant wait to see how this turns out. Dibiase and Flair go the time limit in a classic. No doubt about it, a rematch must happen.

  5. The storylines keep rolling in Continental! Fuji's man Super Black Ninja gets another big win, this time over Adrian Street. Akbar said he was adding new members and he wasn't kidding as it looks like he now has the services of King Kong Bundy! Cant wait for Bundy vs. OMG! The Bruthahood is on a path of destruction as they send both Wayne and Rich out on stretchers! WOW! It only takes Cooley 43 seconds to send Casey packing! Casey has had some bad luck lately. Freebirds get the win but Herc gets the last laugh on Gordy. Gordy is going to be looking for some payback! Great storyline going with The Bullet and Stud Stable. Will they be able to get the mask off him?? This is going to be a lot of fun.
  6. Loved the tag gauntlet matches! The Wonders get the upset of the night over the Andersons. Ebony Express win it all and get the shot against the Movement. Very interesting. Kokina finally gets the pin on Haystacks. Patera is on a tear! Looks strong with that win over Muraco. Wild 6 man tag involving all the big feuds. Man, Dibiase's reign might be in trouble with both Race and Patera coming after him. You're doing a great job with Georgia. I like teams and alliances you have put together.
  7. You had me at Bock vs. Steamboat! Cant wait! Labor Day is stacked!
  8. Mulligan is on fire. Gets the win over Bulba and now gets a world title match with Dibiase. Ox is still one bad dude as he sends McCord out on a stretcher. Leduc is playing his role to perfection. Another stretcher job as Ladd's Army takes young Mike down. Adams slides right into his heel role and gets the win over Hillbilly Jim. What a series! Loved all the matches. Mountain Men win it and now get a well deserved title shot. YES! Atlas and SBS win the tag titles! Cant wait for their match with the Movement! Poor Embry. He took a beating. I wonder if he will be able to find some friends for help. The battle between Wahoo and Ladd will finally come to an end as one man will end up packing. Going to be a wild one!
  9. OOOOOOHHHHH YEA! Savage gives an awesome promo! And YES! Greg Valentine will team with him against the Briscos! Gino better watch out as he has a crazy Randy Savage and a revenge minded Valentine after him. Man, who is the Monk??? He sure is causing a lot of trouble and making a lot of enemies like JYD and Dusty Rhodes. Gilbert's win over Tonga was huge. I mentioned this before but having the Kernodle's holding titles is great. Would love to see a brother vs. brother title vs. title match. Poor Scott Casey is having a tough time in Florida. A trip to Florida is exactly what Denny Brown needed and now he gets a title shot. Savage and Valentine beat the Briscos! Gino is next!
  10. Taylor is fighting hard but maybe to hard as he takes the fall against the Guerreros. LaFleur gets the big win over Spoiler. Can he carry that momentum into the upcoming tag title bout at Firestorm? Rip Morgan is mowing through the competition as Zenk takes the big boot. The Starrs/Cobra-Yamada feud is becoming a real gem. Cant wait for that big tag match at Firestorm. Jake gets DQed but man I feel like the TV title will be his soon. Then again, never count the Man with the Hands of Stone out.

  12. Big title changes as Kerry Brown wins the TV title and the Kernodles each win a title! Good to see these guys getting a good push. LOL, only Gino could win a ,match over Sullivan like that. Valentine is picking up steam again. The mysterious Monk is causing havoc! He breaks Cash's arm but none other than Hulk Hogan issues a challenge! Hogan and JYD is money! I thought the mask was coming off. I think its only a matter of time.
  13. I agree, HTM could be a major player here and Sunshine does bring a lot to the table. I have to say the match of the loop for me was Midnight Express vs. Steamboat and Youngblood! What a classic! So glad you're teaming Youngblood and Steamboat. They really were a great team. Stasiak still has a lot of fire as he goes toe to toe with Dr. D. The Movement keeps their momentum going with a big win over the Windhams and Houston. Solid main event with two feuds going. Great stuff.
  14. Bassarab lost but looks good against Mr. Wonderful. Crazy match between Sheepherders and Gama/Pogo! Of course Adnan plays a major role to give his men the win. Oh man, Hawk just about killed Heenan. LOL, Hennig made the right decision in leaving but thanks to Heenan, Hennig and Orndorff must now face angry Road Warriors. Bulldogs advance thanks to the Russians interference. The Russians are in serious trouble with Hansen and Bad News coming after them. Hart Foundation advance to face the Bulldogs! What a match that will be! Flair vs. Dibiase!!!! YES! That's going to be awesome!
  15. Props to you and Gene and the hard work you put into this Super Card! Battle Royal kicks things off. Fun watching the former great team of Steamboat and Youngblood teaming up. Garvin does some great heeling and wins the battle royal. Super Black Ninja continues to dominate and gets some great exposure with a win over Steve O. Islanders and Midnights have a wild match. Islanders have to settle for a DQ win but the look on Cornette's face after Tonga no sold that racket shot was priceless. No more Rat Patrol and no more Soul Patrol as the Bruthahood is born. It took a lot of men and a lot of chairs to do it but The Movement defeat the Road Warriors to become NEW AWA TAG TEAM CHAMPS! I love the Road Warriors but man I cant wait for a Movement title reign. I have to book them in TNT real soon! Kerry and Olympia finally get payback on the Grapplers. Great finish! The Elimination tag lived up to expectations. Lot's of intrigue and drama. Bullet comes in as the Mystery partner. Shultz takes the money and runs. And of course Buddy Landel is the last man standing. Classic Continental style match. Stud and Windham put on a hard hitting contest. WOW! Shultz blasts Stud and Windham unifies the titles! Shultz is one of my favorites in the league. Windham is a major player in WCCW. Absolute classic between Bock and Kevin! I thought Kevin won it! But NO! The classic Dusty finish LOL. I have to admit, I wasn't ready for Bock's reign to end so this works out and it keeps Kevin strong. Dibiase and Gordy finish the show. Gordy hung in there but the neck was the issue and Dibiase capitalized to retain the AWA title! Dibiase is ruling the AWA. Awesome job! I hope WCCW and Continental do this again.
  16. The Patriots pick up another impressive win. I'm impressed with the Horner/Prichard pairing. Good job here. They get a huge win over Duk and Hiro. Kokina is rising fast as he goes toe to toe with Blackwell in Macon then SQUASHES Beefcake in Columbus. Haystacks better be ready. Patera puts down Sawyer. Patera could be a main event player real soon. Race is rolling as he beats Muraco then tells Hart he better leave the territory for his own safety. Those are chilling words. I wonder what Krupp has in mind for the Italian Stallion??? I could watch Martel and Arn wrestle forever. Once again, you continue to do a great job building up the Reed/Saito match. When they finally meet one on one it will bring in nothing but money. Race/Blackwell and Patera are a true force as they take down Dibiase, Muraco and Sawyer. Did Gary Hart take Race's advice?
  17. Good grief what a wild show! Battle lines have been drawn as Big Cat builds his army while Mulligan is finding some powerful allies. Loving the Mountain Men/Super Samoans series. It all comes down to the Coal Miners Glove match. Atlas/Leduc followed by Mulligan and Boone! What a segment! Bulba might be in trouble as he faces Mulligan in a bullrope match next week. I have a feeling chaos is coming. Leduc is nuts! He just threatened the Lawman's life! As if all this wasn't enough, Adams shocks everybody and turns on Mike! Apparently the Von Erichs have a lot of enemies. Wahoo and Big Cat brawl to a double c.o. It might be a long time before this gets resolved.

'Superstar' Bill Dundee defeated 'Golden Boy' Jerry Grey w/Johnny Valiant Valiant's interference backfired as he accidentally hit Grey. Dundee body slammed Grey, then hit the Bombs Away for the win. AWA Southern Tag Team Title Bout The Fabulous Ones (C) and Cuban Assassins w/Ratamyus battled to a wild double DQ! TNT Title Bout Terry Funk (C) defeated Cocoa Samoa Cocoa had things going his way and went for a diving headbutt from the top rope but Funk moved then staggered up and executed a piledriver for the pin.
  19. TNT has George the Animal Steele, Cocoa Samoa and Mr. Wrestling 2 on the block.
  20. Continental doesn't miss a beat as the storylines just get better. Loving the Soul Patrol as they are gaining serious momentum. The Lars/OMG feud is heating up. Cant wait for that collision. Madril and Herc do a number on Gordy's neck. This could be a huge factor in Gordy's title match with Dibiase. Super Black Ninja continues his winning ways with a big win over Buddy Jack. Oh man! Casey walks out on Cooley! Cooley will want answers. The team of Bundy/Street and Olympia is a sight to see LOL. Brad takes Buddy to the limit until chaos breaks out! That 10 man tag at the Super Dome is going to be off the charts!
  21. Action packed night at the Omni! Patriots rise in the rankings with a win over the Gladiators. Sawyer gets a strong win over Beefcake. Horner and mystery partner Prichard send the Devil's Duo packing. Horner and Prichard could make for an exciting young team. Battle of the monsters! Kokina gets the c.o. victory but I have a feeling more is to come. That sneaky David once again retains the TV title. Oh man, Saito gets the pin on Reed. I cant wait for their inevitable one on one match! The build has been brilliant. Crowd pleasing moment of the night as Martel gets Brad to fight the Andersons. Great match! Martel and Armstrong win the titles! I know the fans blew the roof off the Omni. The good feeling comes to a halt as Harley shocks everyone and aligns himself with Patera and Blackwell! This trio will be a force in Georgia. Man they put a beating on Dibiase. Dibiase vs. Race will be money!
  22. Awesome job! Very well done and easy to follow. I know you put a lot of work into that and brother it paid off. Steamboat and Garvin have great showings. The Studd/Brody segment adds fire to their already hot feud. I know the fans went nuts when Kerry eliminated Grappler. Stasiak had a strong showing and is looking good in his twilight. Grappler puts Kerry down with the loaded boot and then it happens. This might of been my favorite debut by a wrestler in this game. LOL the Honkytonk Man comes in and wins the round up and title! I loved it! You did a great job hyping him up with the vignettes and now he's way over. Sunshine and HTM draw insane heat. Very much looking forward to what this duo does here. Man I cant wait for the Super Dome card!

In another featured bout, Ivan Putski will face one half of the AWA Southern tag team champs, Stan Lane. We've also got a gigantic main event tonight as TNT champ Terry Funk teams with Jumbo Tsuruta to take on Jerry Lawler and Bill Dundee. Last week Tsuruta powerbombed Dream Machine on the concrete. Dream Machine will be out of action for a bit. Lawler and Dundee are good friends with Dream Machine and will be out for some payback tonight. We saw Lawler and Funk get into it last week and I'm sure we'll see a lot more of that in the main event. Well we now know Dick Murdoch and Adrian Adonis are the new TNT tag team champs. The champs are in the ring and ready for our opening match. TNT Tag Team Champs Dick Murdoch and Adrian Adonis vs. Gary Williams and Todd Rooney The new champs dominate their opponents. Murdoch tags in Adonis. Murdoch swings Rooney to the ropes and gives him a punch in the mid section as Adonis follows with a DDT for the win! Lance: With me now are the new TNT tag team champs. Congratulations to both of you. Murdoch: We came to TNT to have a good ol time while beating people up. We steamrolled through the tournament and these here titles prove what we already knew. Adonis: And that is that we're the best tag team in not only TNT but the entire AWA as well. If anybody has a problem with that, then come on down and do something about it. Commercial Break 'Bruiser' Bob Sweetan vs. Kent Jenkins Bob puts a good beating on Kent then swings him to the ropes and clotheslines him down. Bob hoists Jenkins up and executes the piledriver for the win! Lance: Bob Sweetan, come on over. I understand you have something to say. Bob: Lance, I've been in this business a long time. I came to TNT to win some gold. Well so far I've come up short but rest assured I'm not done! There's a title that's right up my ally. I'm talking about the Brass Knuckles title! Nobody is as tough as I am with these fists and I'm issuing a challenge to Hercules Ayala. Ayala, let's have a fight! Commercial Break AWA Southern Tag Champ Stan Lane w/Steve Keirn vs. 'Polish Power' Ivan Putski w/Ratamyus Putski attacks at the bell and pounds away on Lane. The Ref signals for the DQ. Keirn is in there quick and punches away on Ratamyus. Boos hit as the Cuban Assassins hit the ring and beat down Keirn. Lane gets up but the Assassins double clothesline him down! Putski gets up and joins in. The Assassins swing Lane to the ropes and Putski puts him down with the Polish Hammer! The Assassins swing Keirn to the ropes and Putski puts him down with the Polish Hammer! The fans boo as Ratamyus and his men stand tall over the Fabulous Ones. Winner by DQ- Stan Lane Commercial Break Lance: My goodness, the Fabulous Ones were helped out of here after taking quite a beating at the hands of Putski and the Cuban Assassins. This situation seems far from over. Fans, please welcome out the Commissioner of TNT, Larry the Axe Hennig. Larry I know you've got something to say. Larry: Thank you Lance. As you know I met with Verne Gagne this week and wanted to set some things straight. I didn't like Tully going over my head and I didn't like Verne signing this world title bout before checking with me. Verne and I had a long talk and I believe we're now on the same page. Now, on September 2nd at the big Labor Day event, Ted Dibiase will defend the AWA world title against Tully Blanchard. That match now has a special referee and that referee will be yours truly! Big Pop that turns to boos when Tully Blanchard storms out. Tully: Oh what a surprise. Here we go again. Listen Hennig, I don't know what your problem is but I'm telling you right now, you better stay out of my way in that match. If you cost me the AWA World title in any way, so help me, you will pay dearly. That's a promise! Larry: Tully, I've told you before, you're a tremendous wrestler and I do believe you can become world champ but your tactics are unbecoming of a champion. You don't need to resort and stoop to those levels. You're better than that. Wrestle the match clean and we wont have any issues whatsoever. Tully: (Pauses) You heard what I said. Commercial Break Lance: Ok fans, it's time for the 10 man battle royal. The participants will be Cocoa Samoa, Jerry Grey (W/Johnny Valiant), Carl Fergie, Mr. Wrestling 3 (W/Mr. Wrestling 2), George Wells, Art Crews, DJ Peterson, Killer Brooks, a returning Denny Brown and flying in from Florida, Krusher Kruschev. George Wells and Carl Fergie fight over the top rope and to the back Art Crews is punching away on Cocoa Samoa, Cocoa blocks a punch and chops away on Crews then hits him with a jumping headbutt that sends Crews over the top rope. Jerry Grey has Mr. Wrestling 3 on the ropes, then backs up and charges but Wrestling 3 back drops him over the top rope! Cocoa turns around and Kruschev clotheslines him over the top rope! On the outside, Grey staggers up and bumps into Mr. Wrestling 2. They have words and Johnny Valiant nails Wrestling 2 from behind. Grey grabs Wrestling 2 and body slams him on the concrete then him and Valiant stomp away. Inside the ring, Mr. Wrestling 3 sees this and hops over the top rope (eliminating himself) to punch away on Valiant and Grey! DJ Peterson and Killer Brooks have been brawling. DJ punches away then winds up and punches Brooks over the top rope! It's down to DJ Peterson and Krusher Krushev. Krushev nails DJ from behind and stomps away, then picks him up, swings him to the ropes and goes for a clothesline but DJ ducks and swings back and clotheslines Krushev down. The fans are roaring for DJ as he pumps his fists. Killer Brooks jumps on the apron and is yelling at DJ. The Refs are yelling at Brooks to get down. DJ runs over and blasts Brooks off the apron. Krushev staggers up, charges over and nails DJ with a clothesline from behind that sends him over the top rope! Krusher Krushev wins the battle royal! Commercial Break Lance: Ok, Krusher Kruschev wins an exciting battle royal and now will face Austin Idol on September 2nd for the TV title. Krushev: People wonder why I've adopted the Russian ways. It's because of weak Americans like Austin idol. Idol is nothing but a clown and a disgrace. He represents what is wrong with America. I'm here to send a message. Television needs to be represented by a true athletic specimen. I'm the man to do it! On September 2nd, I'm coming to win that TV title and beat up Austin Idol! Lance: Strong words from Krusher Krushev. Let's go to the ring as the TV champ is set for action. TV Champ Austin Idol vs. Trent Watkins The fans are cheering as Idol swings Watkins to the ropes and puts him down with a back elbow smash. Idol hoists him up and drops him with a shin breaker. Idol clamps on the Las Vegas Leglock for the submission win! The fans roar as Idol holds up his title with one hand and flexes his other bicep. Lance: Austin Idol, come on over. I'm sure you were listening to the words of Krusher Kr...watch out! Krushev storms in and nails Idol with a clothesline! Krushev picks up the TV title and holds it up while putting his boot on Idol's chest. Commercial Break Lance: My goodness, Idol was blind sighted by Kruschev. I didn't even see that coming. Those two are heading for a showdown on September 2nd at the Mid South Coliseum. Fans, I want to take you to some pre recorded comments from the AWA World Champ Ted Dibiase. Dibiase: On September 2nd, I come back to TNT to defend MY AWA world title. Tully Blanchard is confident, arrogant and has a giant ego but I like that because so do I! But Tully, do you really have what it takes to win this title? I've beaten the best the AWA has to offer. Hulk Hogan! Wahoo McDaniel! Terry Gordy! Masked Superstar! They all have tried and they all have failed. Tully Blanchard you are no different. You will be just another notch in my belt. This title will be with me for a long time to come. Mark my words! Gino Brito and Tony Parisi vs. Jack Winslow and Stu Jersky Parisi returned to team with his old friend Brito at the tournament. They defeated the Enforcers in the opening round but the Enforcers interfered and costed them their match with Adonis and Murdoch. Their rivalry with the Enforcers is heating up. Brito and Parisi work their opponents over with solid wrestling. Brito body slams Winslow and Parisi follows with the Cannonball to get the win! Commercial Break Lance: Well fans this has been a wild show indeed. Whoa here come the Fabulous Ones. The Fabs are still reeling from earlier. Keirn: We thought we were done with Ratamyus and the Cuban Assassins but I guess not. Lane: We just got off the phone with somebody else who has issues with Ratamyus and Putski. I'm talking about Tito Santana! Keirn: September 2nd, it's the three of us against those three goons. You boys better be ready for a fight! Lance: Oh my! I'll tell you what, that Labor Day card is really heating up, Tito Santana will be coming back. After what Putski did to him last week, I know Tito will want revenge. I've also just been informed that added to that card will be Mike Shaw taking on George Steele in a No Disqualification Match! All that and Terry Funk will defend the TNT title against Jerry Lawler. The Ref counts 1..2..3! Winners of the Match- Terry Funk and Jumbo Tsuruta Funk grabs Lawler and rams him into the steel post, busting him open! Gene escorts Jumbo out. Funk looks around then picks up Lawler and gives him a Russian Legsweep on the concrete! The fans boo as Funk grabs his title and goes to the podium. Funk: I told you all before. 24. I agree, this card is beyond stacked! Cant wait!
  25. WHOA! Gino might be the craziest man in the AWA after that promo. He's going to unleash the madness of the Macho Man. These two are heading for a bloody encounter. The Mysterious Monk is causing quite the stir. He gave the American Dream a brutal beating but I'm sure Rhodes will come back stronger than ever with revenge on his mind. Weaver and White continue their successful tag title reign. Valentine gets a good win over Saito. I'm hoping the Hammer moves back up in the main event picture. Church of Boogie Woogie is still going strong. One of the most creative ideas in the game LOL.
